The service was done well, same-day, and this was the only place locally that had tires in stock to fit my vehicle when I needed them.
The man that worked with me was personable and helpful, and even gave me a small discount. This might not be the absolute cheapest way to get new tires, but it was definitely a good experience overall.

I had just left another Monroe muffler shop to get a an exhaust estimate left there and headed to Henrietta, which was quite a distance away and a check engine light came on and said charging system check with a picture of my battery. I lost complete steering could not do anything pulled into this location in front of their doors. Doug, who was on duty at the time came right out checked everything out for me said he would get it on the lift ended up being the belt tensioner had completely gone in my car they quickly and even though it was an hour and a half or so quickly resolved the issue they were super friendly. The branch manager was amazing all of them super friendly just reacted quickly and got me on my way. I would recommend this location to anybody. I feel they did treat me honestly fairly and again with very huge amounts of compassion and friendliness couldn’t have asked for a better location to break down

great service, wonderful staff, fair prices. The staff always listens to my concerns and manages to work out what is needed and if needed can it be done in stages. We take all our cars there.

Got great tire prices and install on the same day (Saturday after Black Friday) which was a pleasant surprise. Jeff was super polite and transparent with pricing and my vehicle was ready in about 1.5 hours. Great guys all around.

I was in Rochester for Thanksgiving weekend from out of town across the border, and experienced a flat tire the day before I was supposed to head back home. I got to Mr.Tire only an hour before closing and Doug took me in right way and had the tire repaired. Not only that, he didn't charge me even when I insisted and simply wished me Happy Thanksgiving and had me on way in less than an hour. Great guy and great business.

Guys were helpful, but when I needed my tire fixed they “fixed” it and I started to have the same problem days after them replacing my tire.

I went to Mr Tire to mount and balance 4 new tires. I was told 1 hour. It turned out to be two hours. The customer service reps were not friendly. You would think since the service writers are dealing with the public that they would have some people skills. My opinion, avoid Mr Tire!
