Great bank, easy, and fast. I was able to stop by at this location to open a new checking and savings account. I’ve encountered with Maria- she was able to assist in a very professional and friendly manner. She is very knowledgeable. I would ask for her if ever visit this location, M&T is lucky to have her on the team.

No Friendly takes 45 minutes to give me some information about my account. Very slow

Sloth-like swiftness, not friendly, takes 30 minutes to make a single transaction (with only 2 customer's in line and two tellers, but for some reason there is only ever one teller taking customers).

There’s only one professional bank teller here that is nice and well mannered. I really wish I can say the same about everyone that work at this location. This location is near my home, so it’s convenient for me to go here. I dread having to go inside and I only go inside once a month. Mostly, I deposit and make withdraws using the ATM. I won’t name names, but some bank tellers here have a nasty/negative attitude. I don’t think it will hurt you to smile once in a while.
