Went in to get a lost debit card replaced two weeks ago. After waiting for so long, I finally called their customer service line to figure out where this card is, and I'm informed it was not ordered for me, yet my lost card has been cancelled. I would give no stars if I could to the lady who helped me with this problem. The stars I am giving are for the very pleasant and helpful teller who helped me with a withdrawal. This is not my normal branch and believe me, I will not be back. I dealt with having no card during Christmas. My Netflix and hulu are cancelled. Auto pay bills were a pain in the neck, and now I'll be waiting another week for the card that was actually ordered for me today. Incompetence should not be tolerated in any profession. I know it's not tolerated in my line of work and I'm in customer service. This lady is in charge of helping people with their finances. Thank God it was only a bank card for me.
