Some of the rudest, customer service lacking people ever. I think I've had 1 ok experience there and even that wasn't that great. The one woman doesn't even make eye contact and she rolls her eyes. My whole store dreads having to go there for anything worst part of our entire day.

I been going to Henrietta NY branch for cash transactions. Always very professional service. Recently had really bad experience with one of females teller. She was not paying attention what she was doing. First she gives me double the cash campare to my withdrawal slip. When I came in my car I realized that she gave me more money. When I go back to return the money she seems distracted and unprofessional slightly rude. She correct the transaction, worse part was that manager who override didn't even bring to her attention that what he was overriding.

Worst M&T in the area, hands down. Horrible customer service, half the time employees are chatting amongst themselves. Will not be returning to this branch again!

I had problems signing on to my account Carol a representative of M&T bank realize i was waiting and took care of me she was professional and helpful not only did she help reset my password,she also printed two documents that I desperately needed.

Great experience, I spoke with Derek and Yohanis about getting a car loan. He was very thorough, went through all the details of the process and stipulations. I was able to set up a car pre-approval the same day I wanted to get the car. It was one of the best customer experiences I have had anywhere. If you are in need of a car loan and I am sure of any loan M&T is a great place to go.

I'd like to preface this by saying prior to today's interaction I dreaded stepping foot in this building again. In my previous encounters employees of this establishment made everything as difficult as possible and even told me I hadn't made payments when I had the receipts with me at the time.However today when I came in Jennifer Kump was on top of her game. She heard me out, got done what I needed and was relatable/humourous to boot. I hope this location values Jennifer and what she brings to the company.

Looking for free checking with no minimum balances or fees this was a great stop today. I worked with Jennifer Kump who was very pleasant to work with. She was very knowledgeable about all different types of services that M&T offered. It was a breeze to set up and looking forward to M&T and would definitely recommend working with Jennifer.

I have been with M&T bank for more than 20 years. I have never found anything that is not good for customer. Their service is Excellent! This is why I stay with M&T bank even other banks offer me $300 for opening a check account!

I opened an account online and had a few challenges verifying my identity because my name doesn't fit on my license, so NYS abbreviated my first and middle name. The corporate office reached out to me to have me to into the branch. Due to my health status, I am high risk for COVID and didn't feel comfortable going in with the cases rising so drastically in Monroe County. Trish Cupello was an absolute angel. She arranged a virtual meeting for me to verify my identity without me having to go into the branch and handled the entire issue quickly, gracefully and with ease. I am SO impressed with their customer service and look forward to doing business with them for a long time. Thank you Trish and team!

Not to be confused with MD Bank, which only lets Doctors from Maryland have accounts there. Talk about exclusivity. This is a pretty convenient location of my bank, and there are many of them in Rochester, but it's always nice to have one right where I need it, and this one was right where I needed it. I was able to get my money without any kind of ATM fee, which is always the case since I bank here among other places. The downside is that the bank in general charges us a lot of fees and hidden whatevers, some of them are questionable and some of them are downright scams. I don't appreciate that. For that reason I find it very hard to give any of their locations more than a three, even when they are very helpful, like this one was.
