NAMI Roc has been an invaluable piece of my recovery these last few years. I've not only been a participant in the classes/meetings they offer, but their support has moved me to volunteer my time there as well. What they do for the greater Rochester community is immense, and I feel fortunate to have access to their programs.

NAMI Rochester is a pillar in our community that continuously finds ways to support the mental health of all. I can’t adequately word how impactful their resources, workshops, events, etc. are. Their impact reverberates throughout all of Rochester (+ beyond) and I’m endlessly grateful for everything they do!
