If you are interested in thrifting as a young person this place is not a good thrift store for you. It is not suitable for young people. There is not that much of high end brands and there is not that much stylish clothes. You can check out their facebook page for yourself :)

Trendy spot for sure, but be aware no Mens clothing other than about 5-10 pieces. Nice staff

Really great second-hand store with well-curated collection of items. I’ve even gotten new Bath and Body Works scented lotion for a fraction of the store price. They sell Lululemon and other high end brands for a fraction of the price. I’ve never walked out without something great , often new with tags, and I think the prices are really great.

Great place to find gently used name brand clothing. My daughter wanted to buy herself something from Lulu Lemon with her savings, but I didn't want her to spend all of it on one item. On a friend's suggestion we visited and to our surprise there was a whole rack of LuLu Lemon brand clothing. She was able to find a couple of things within her budget. My other daughter found a top she liked too. We'll definitely be back!

I took a decent sized bag of clothes in to try and sell to this store, after having been decently successfully selling clothes to Plato's Closet in the past. First of all, I brought this bag in no more than 20 minutes after the store opened. The employee told me they would get to sorting through it the NEXT day and that's when I could come retrieve my items. I've sold to Plato's Closet before, which is much busier than this place was the two times that I entered their store (to drop off and pick up my clothes), and the longest time I've ever had to wait for Plato's Closet to sort through my clothes was 3 hours. When I did go to pick up my clothes, I was pretty shocked when they had passed on everything I brought in. This would be fine if the rest of the store didn't literally look like a Goodwill or Salvation Army. The selection of clothes they must have accepted in the past to sell in their store was incredibly out of style which is odd as they market towards juniors/young adults. Also, when I did go to pick up my clothes, I stood at the counter for a good chunk of time before either of the employees behind the counter even acknowledged I was there, even though I was the only person on that side of the store.

This is a truly awesome secondhand store. The collection is extremely well curated. You don't have to sift through a bunch of unwanted stuff like you do in other stores to get to some really great pieces. They have really done a great job picking and choosing their items. I think the price points are really fair and reasonable. The store owner and employees are extremely friendly. I got some amazing pieces including a Tory Burch bag for an excellent price. I will definitely be visiting her on a regular basis.

We went out of our way to check out this store and were about to walk in when we saw a sign on the door- You must wear a mask, vaccinated or not. No masks with us equals time wasted, and time is precious.

I took four bins of clothing and a garbage bag full of shoes and got offered $18. Mind you they bought a whole tote of my clothes, and shoes. That’s basically getting not even $2 an item. If I had the time I know I would have been able to sell the items on marketplace for 4x as much, if not more.

It is impossible to shop with this place. They post items on their social media and never respond. It’s exhausting.

Whenever I am in the Pittsford area, I like to pop into NTY's consignment shop for some gently used workwear. I made a point to stop by today because the sister Clothes Mentor locations in Greece & Henrietta have closed. I plan on entering the store when I am driving down Monroe Avenue toward the Pittsford Wegmans, so I can make a right hand turn in. Upon exiting the lot, I usually head towards another store towards Pittsford Plaza so I can make a right out of the lot. Trying to make a left and crossing two lanes of traffic is extremely difficult. Lots of the brands they tend to carry are J. Crew, Free People, Lululemon, Loft, Calvin Klein, Old Navy, and some Marshalls/Nordstrom/TJMaxx brands. Designer bags and shoes pop in the store as well and are often featured on their Facebook stories. Currently, they have their racks of summer seasonal wear out, and lots of athletic wear. The owner told me she was going to make a jacket and blazers rack soon this week, after clearing some more space. Some items are priced well, others are a touch higher than I would like to pay but it really depends on the brand and the type of item. Today I left with a cobalt blue Banana Republic skirt ($12), a red Mario Serrani pencil skirt ($10), and a Loft blouse ($14). With the tax and a check-in discount, it was $33. The store is requiring masks to alleviate the discomfort of other shoppers and staff. They are offering 10% off with a Facebook check-in to help promote the business.

The NTY in Pittsford is wonderful. A very accepting environment, an inclusive staff, a chic selection of luxury stuff, or more down-to-earth styles too. The owner is a caring and kind woman! She does a lot of good for local communities, and really has helped so many... She has a very charitable heart! I'd recommend supporting here if you're trying to save money buying clothes or just want to support a local place with awesome employees!
