I really wanted to get my vehicle repaired with Gerber, when I spoke with Julia, i felt confident that they were going to take care of me so I brought my car in & the second I was handed off to Mallory, I instantly regretted coming here. Mallory was extremely unhelpful & rude everytime I spoke with her. The first time she looked at my car, it seemed like a bother. & from then on she told me she would be ordering parts & getting back to me, that never happened. In the meantime, I had questions about sourcing the parts & exactly what parts were needed. In a 3 week period, I called 3-4 times & was told Mallory would call me back and never did. I then called again today to let them know no one has returned my calls and was finally transferred to Mallory. I went on to ask my questions (supposedly my parts were supposed to be ordered by now, they were not) and when I asked my questions, Mallory talked to me in such an annoyance & rude tone like I was an idiot, I could not continue the conversation any further. For that reason, I decided I absolutely cannot move forward with this business after giving her multiple opportunities to make it right, she was just an absolutely unapproachable, unpleasant person to work with. I’m happy she never ordered the parts because I dreaded having to speak to her or ask questions about my own vehicle repair and I would’ve hated to be roped in any further.

I would 100% refer people here. My door needed to be replaced and they didn't even forget to switch out the beam that projects the Mercedes sign on the ground. That is such attention to detail I am literally speechless. I thought forsure I would have to replace it myself, just wow ? Not to mention the office staff on Monroe are so personable and friendly, it makes it easy and comfortable.

I love the Gerber experience. They finish repairs quickly and care for your auto as if it was their own. I cannot sing their praises enough.

Kevin is amazing I did other review I was in my feelings about the wait time a last out without even thinking now I have to go in there and actually seen the breakdown of the estimate and understanding one-on-one with what's going to happen and they are great my car looks amazing and I couldn't be happier thanks Kevin thank you Tiffany in reception for getting my pronouns

We spent a long weekend in Rochester for a baby shower. The night before we left our car was broken into and the driver’s window completely shattered. We went to Gerber Collision to fix the window before our long drive home, and while they did not have the right glass onsite, General Manager Ozgur Ercan and his staff went the extra mile to ensure we could drive home that day. They applied a crash wrap and vacuumed the broken glass at no cost to us. Ozgur even offered free coffee. Thanks to the whole team and especially Ozgur, you saved the day for us. Customer service at its best!

Gerber collision has many locations in New York state area. Give them a call and they will set you up on an appointment at one of their nearest locations. Very professional, courteous personnel.

I’ve been to a couple of the locations and this one is the best. My car was even cleaner when I picked it up than when I brought in for work. I’m really happy with it.

if paying out of pocket ask for insurance pricing. apparently they can do the same job for 1/3 the price. i was given a quote then insurance gave a quote and they said they would use the insurance pricing. it was $2600 less
