Never again will I ever use this facility. I was told 2 days going on 3 weeks still haven't got my car back. They out source service to almost any one. For all i know some dude in an ally is being paid to fix my issue. No communication at all with rep. They just don't keep u informed on the process won't call u back when messages are left. Terrible customer service. Only reason I went there was my warranty company goes threw them. Very very unhappy. They should stay in the glass business only and take collision all together. Don't waste ya time people.

My car was stolen by the Kia boys took it here to get fix the gave me my car on a Friday I left my car parked until the following Monday when I went to dive I drove it for like 6 miles and my dash board lights turned on my car did not want to move got towed to a mechanic the mechanic said he could notl fix it had to take it to the hyndai dealer there it got fix. Gerber did not properly check my car before they gave it to and also did something to the wiring that damage the dash board. I will never ever go there and I’m surely not going to recommend me to no one very nad

Place has me waiting a month for a Chrysler 300 taillight ? I could find that anywhere , almost had my car a month now no updates or anything , the repairs are taking longer than my rental coverage , which I told them. My expected pick up date went from September 30th to October 4th to now October 18th with no explanation

Edit, 7/29/24, I have horrible luck, someone else hit my parked car, destroyed my drivers door. Went straight to Gerber and had another great experience, second time in two months, crazy. Highly recommend!
Original, 6/2024Very impressed with Gerber. My car was hit and run, while parked, for the third time in 18 months, so for it to happen again really got me down. I took my insurance recommendation to go to Gerber. The staff was very attentive and nice. I felt like they went above and beyond and treated me as family. They also called me twice per week for updates on my car which I thought was a great touch. Another plus, I had rental coverage and there is an enterprise a few blocks away. They had a close relationship with Gerber, they picked me up and then told me I could leave the car in the Gerber lot when my car was ready. Between Enterprise down the road and Gerber, I was very pleasantly surprised and uplifting given the challenging circumstances.

I was a bit late for the appointment for a damage repairs estimate, but they were very accommodating, and saw me immediately when I arrived.
Nick was very professional and accomplished the inspection quickly, and within minutes, delivered the estimate to my insurance company, and a hard copy for my records.
I was highly impressed with the appearance of the shop, the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, and with Nick Cropsey, the estimator.
I'm definitely looking forward to having the repairs done there and will be referring others to their services!

I've seen the techs that work here turn out tons of excellent work, which is why I decided to trust this shop with my repair. Communication was piss poor from both the shop to us, and the shop to our insurer (they had no idea where the vehicle was in the repair or supplement process). That repair process ended up taking half a year, causing major transportation inconveniences, vehicle was given back to us incomplete (masking left on for months damaging paint when removed, trim not properly installed and flying off during drives, car was dirty AF), and it ended up totalling because they had messed with CVT transmission fluid levels (probably contents too) - while concealing that from the estimate of record, which grenaded the transmission and got related to the loss resulting in further transportation inconveniences... This headache lasted almost a year for us. I regret not getting a lawyer involved.If Kevin still works up front and/or Andy still manages this place I would only consider recommending this shop to someone with which I had a vendetta.

Incredibly appreciative of Nick Cropsey and the entire team at Gerber Collision E Ridge Road! Nick was able to get my vehicle in and out swiftly and painlessly. I hope I never have to use their services again, but if I do I know they’ll take care of me!

I was in car accident my vehicle was hit by another driver. Door panel was replaced but there was some kind of glass film on my windshield s, I took it back to have them clean it. I go back to see, and it's still showing some figures written on right passenger side through my window. Shows me they did take good care my care while they were supposing doing repairs. And I think most of them is just goofing off, and learning how to get the job done cheap as possible or quick so they can get paid. I don't think they really gave me my front wheel alignment , that was due to accident either.

Great work and service. They went above and beyond normal service to make me happy. The people are wonderful. Most important is that did the repair in the lead time that was quoted. Got me in three weeks after my accident, quicker than any other collision shop I called.

if paying out of pocket ask for insurance pricing. apparently they can do the same job for 1/3 the price. i was given a quote then insurance gave a quote and they said they would use the insurance pricing. it was $2600 less

I chose this Collision shop because they were on the All State list of partner shops and let me tell you that was to worst mistake ever. I had my vehicle towed to the shop on June 1st of 2023. They told when I dropped the vehicle off that I would be getting updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays but I guess they forgot to call or text me for the first month of having my truck. I've only had a couple accidents in my 33 year of driving so I don't know a lot of collision shops but I can stay I don't think anyone should take their vehicle here but if you do, don't not allow KEVIN to be your rep. He is a very dishonest person and is not to be trusted. Kevin keep telling me that my car was being worked on but I didn't believe him so I did a surprise visit and sure enough my vehicle had not been touched for over a month. I finally got my vehicle back on August 8th and one of the rear wheel sensors was bad when the vehicle was hit. The experience her was horrible and I don't recommend anyone to come here!!!!
