I am a resident of Greece and my kids love Old Navy. Yesterday, we visited the Greece store and one of the workers (tall white man, medium build) followed us all around the store. Instead of helping us you proceeded to act like you were so busy cleaning the store. But, it made me feel very uncomfortable and every time I looked up you were watching us. This give me anxiety, stop w/ the racial profiling.

The store is clean, organized and well stocked.
The employees are super helpful and understanding. We had issues with a return and they were all very happy to assist.
Strongly recommend this store.

By cashier was very young and had just started and seemed nervous and I wanted him to engage and talk to me and learn about him and make it more a conversation while I know he has a script to set to but I think it's important to see these young people out at these customer service care jobs post covid and they are some of the hardest jobs to work and they don't get enough credit or pay so I always like to have a conversation and let them know I appreciate what they are doing and commend them for being out in the world making it a better capitalistic American System and that he or she should be proud

Came in looking for jeans. I found what I was looking for after a little help from a young woman in the fitting room. Picked the wrong size and asked for correcto ones. The price was decent as well. Checkout was quick.

I wish I could give this experience more stars. The cashier handling my return was a bit of a bumblebee because it was an online order that was 3 days past the 30 day return window. This policy seems new to me as I have never been told this. Ultimately she agreed to give me a gift card which I promptly went home and used. Her attitude left me feeling sour so I wasn't interested in shopping in the store.

I love it even though it's a little expensive. But I love it. They have a lot of pretty clothes and they sell a lot of specials.
