The OTF Rochester Team all around is outstanding!! From the SA's, to the Coaches, to the Community within the studio everybody makes it a warm place to go. Since I joined in June 2023, I have changed my life in many ways and been able to keep up with it from the constant push I get from the coaches. Everyday there is a feeling of excitement to go to the next class. Just come check it out for yourself!!

If you're incapable of working out without structure like I am then this place is for you. The front desk staff is always friendly and upbeat and the coaches are too. Joelle and Bryam are my favorite coaches but the worst class I've ever had here was still a good class. I've been going for 6 months and I'm really happy with how much more stamina and strength I have now!

Coaches and staff provide consistent encouragement and inspiring energy. The community atmosphere creates an environment where everyone feels welcome as soon as they step in the door. Great place to go and challenge yourself. Instruction and workouts are geared to help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend to anyone, regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey.

These workouts are WAY more fun and challenging than working out alone in my home gym!Exercising consistently with an elevated heart rate is key for cardiovascular health. An OTF workout never fails to get my heart pumping and I'm using the heart rate monitor to track my improvements.The studio is very clean. And the staff are all super warm and welcoming!

I’ve taught group fitness classes for years and now just enjoy having someone else teaching me. The staff is wonderful and very well trained. Each class is different and challenging. It’s like my daily therapy. ?

I've been to a few different studios out of state and I can say the Rochester studios have the best coaches! Very welcoming and helpful and always willing to help you make the most out of your workout. The workouts are fun and challenging but the coaches, staff and the community created are definitely what sets this studio apart.

BEWARE of cancellation policy especially if your daughter/son is in college!!They recommended our daughter freeze her account instead of cancel however unfroze and charged her for another month!!

The location is convenient. Staff is friendly and communicative. Clean spacious gym, good equipment. You get everything you need. The price is reasonable. Locker rooms are nice, great air flow throughout.

I would encourage anyone to check this out. The first class is free. I have been going there for a year and am in the best shape of my life! I was hooked after one class! The staff are great and it’s high quality fitness based on science.

OTF has been the only workout where I have seen results - quickly. I joined 5 months ago and have watched my body tone up ever since! If you’re a person who needs social interaction while they are working out to stay motivated I highly recommend!!

I LOVE this place. The workouts are as intense as you’d like them to be but can be modified to your fitness level. The instructors are experts and always keep you motivated. And I’ve been able to stay in shape by one hour workouts 3-4 days a week. I got hooked five years ago and can’t imagine workout out anywhere else.
