“Sherwin Williams makes excellent paint (Emerald is pricey but goes on really well and holds up great, definitely worth it!), and this location has provided consistently excellent service over the years.
Prompting me to write today is the outstanding customer service we've received from Aiden over the past couple of months. We just bought a new (1951) home that needed every room painted, and from the first time we walked in Aiden was warm, receptive, and extremely helpful with our questions and in thinking about colors. The next time I walked in, Aiden welcomed me by name!
Most recently I called to ask a question about having a color mixed in semi-gloss that the online order system wouldn't let me order, and 1) Aiden recognized my voice and said hello, good to hear from you, how can I help? and then 2) said oh yes, I can mix that for you, the application has some gaps but we can take care of that for you -- literally fantastic service.
Hopefully Aiden's manager sees this and can offer whatever commendation or reward S-W offers, and by all means shop at this store!”
“Ryan walked up to me as I walking into the store and gave me immediate attention. I was there to buy several gallons in 5 colors. He informed me of the sale on Emerald Paint and was very helpful in sorting out what I needed and even color matched an actual chip of paint from an existing wall. After paying for my seven gallons, Ryan packaged them up in empty paint boxes, loaded them onto a push cart and helped us take our paint to our car. That's customer service!!. Sherwin-Williams will now have me as a continuing customer and they keep track of the paints I buy if I need more. I only wish more companies would follow in their footsteps.”
“I shop at Geneseo Sherwin Williams constantly and only literally. However this time this store in Rochester was the closest store that had the paint in stock I needed. I went up, met the employee and he was very upbeat and down to earth. He mixed the paint I had him match and I was on my way. I would go back if I have to. But typically stick to Geneseo”
“The employee who assisted me was very helpful. I needed advice on how to paint a light color over a dark one. She advised me to use a primer tinted to the paint color first, to avoid needing lots of coats of paint. It worked perfectly. Without the tinted primer I would've spent way more money buying additional paint, and lots more effort too. Thanks for making this project successful!”

“Best auto body and paint supply store in the Rochester area. These guys have been around forever. I remember still going here as a kid. If you need detailing supplies or auto paint, these guys have it. And if for some reason they don't, they will order it in for you.Wide selection. Neat and clean storefront. Convenient delivery. Fulfillment can be a little slow at times.”

“I lost a receipt that I needed. Stopped in and asked if they could reprint it. Makala pulled the account up on the computer and in less than three minutes I was walking out with my receipt. Great customer service!!!!”
