“The employee who assisted me was very helpful. I needed advice on how to paint a light color over a dark one. She advised me to use a primer tinted to the paint color first, to avoid needing lots of coats of paint. It worked perfectly. Without the tinted primer I would've spent way more money buying additional paint, and lots more effort too. Thanks for making this project successful!”

“I highly recommend! I like the small store, rather than big box, atmosphere. Sales people were very friendly and seemed knowledgable. I needed to have my sliding back door re-screened, but wasn't able to get it off the track. Two guys from the store (Neal and Rick) offered to come out right away and remove the door for me! When the screen repair was completed, they offered to come back and replace it on the track if I couldn't, which I tried but couldn't. After calling to let them know, it took a little while for them to come back, but they finally did, as promised! Amazing customer service! Thank you Neal and Rick!!”

“Have to give credit where credit is due!!!!! Today I went to Sherwin Williams in Chili Paul Plaza. I was and am still totally impressed with the level of patience and willingness to help me by Miguel. The other day I bought 2 gallons of their amazing interior paint and thought I had the perfect color----until my sister and I opened the can of paint, stirred it and realized---wow---this is way too light in color. I knew I couldn't return it so i brought back to the store and had a conversation with Miguel---I let him know I knew he would not be responsble if things went drastically wrong--but if we could find a color that was of the basic paint family and enhance the product. He was amazing and was willing to take on the challenge. He worked his magic and was able to allow me to leave the store with a paint color that I not only loved in the store, but also a color I love on my walls of my family room! Thank you so much for taking the time to help me in my time of panic! You demonstrated customer service that use to happen on regular basis that is a rarity now! Thank you so much!
