Paws and Claws Pet Care, Inc. is an upscale dog care facility in Rochester, NY that is a home away from home, much more than a dog kennel. The staff pours their hearts into looking after four-legged family members, providing a luxurious experience. Their large facility includes overnight boarding, doggie daycare, training, a grooming spa, and pet supplies. The goal is to make each pet’s experience relaxing and enjoyable as if staying at a luxury high-end resort. The grooming spa provides amazing results, leaving dogs smelling good, brushed out, and beautiful. The training classes, led by excellent and professional trainers, are fun, interesting, educational, and worth the cost. Trainers are positive, encouraging, kind, and empathetic, teaching humans to teach their dogs using only positive reinforcement methods. They provide the knowledge and skills to bring out wanted behaviors, with even short daily practice making a big impact. The environment offers great comfort and safety, is very clean, and questions are encouraged. During boarding, dogs are made to feel at home, with staff dealing with all attitudes. Photos sent twice a day provide peace of mind. It is a five-star place, highly recommended.
I just can’t get enough of this place and neither can my pups!

Our dog loves going here. She is always so happy when we pick her up. You can tell she is well cared for. Every day, we love receiving pictures of her, especially when kids are missing her.
