There is no good will at this location. We have been dropping our donations off for years, and never once has anyone been friendly. It’s like we are bothering them. Everything was neat and boxed.
Today we were told to go to another location because he was busy.

They come out quickly, unload your donations, and you’re off - couldn’t be easier. Receipts available if desired.

Terrible staff! Rude. They don’t say thank-you or give any acknowledgment. Yelled at me to move my car in an abrupt way after he took my bags.
I took the time to load my car and to give back to the community yet I get attitude when I donate at this location. This should NOT be happening. I will donate elsewhere!
