I really wish I could leave a good review because everyone is so friendly HOWEVER, the last 3 times I dropped my work truck off with an appointment it never got touched and my truck key set with my forklift keys attached got lost after handing them to the service desk. They had to give me a universal truck key to get me through. The truck had no deliveries scheduled for the days I dropped it off for service, to accommodate the repairs needed. Days of work were lost due to this negligence. It also set me behind when I'd go to pick it up and they'd scramble last minute to fix the things that would get me a ticket, just to get it by till they could actually get it in the shop for more serious repairs and maintenance. If I was an owner operator I'd avoid this place.

Santosh was extremely helpful during pickup and Savannah was very helpful while finalizing the bill. Truck was in great shape.

Had a great experience at the Penske location. The sales associate Santosh was amazing and extremely friendly. He had a big smile on his face even though it was 9am. Would recommend this location to anyone. Easy pickup and drop off with amazing people, what more could you ask for.

Been renting from this location as far back as 2013, between business and personal trucks I’ve rented about 10-12 times always had a great experience. Trucks and panel vans have always been super clean and easy to drive. Every time it’s always a hassle free pickup and return, even after hours with the key drop. Finally moving away from Rochester and all the logistics of my move were causing me nightmares and tons of stress - Santosh Pokhrel did me a real solid making sure the truck was all good to go for my drive across the country. You need a truck in Rochester - this is the place to get it!

This is the Penske location to go! I work with Penske on the Logistics side in Wilmer, Tx and I see why I work with this company.“AMAZING” deals and rental service here I promise! One of the workers Caleb Wolcott helped me after I had an issue with something personal and took care of me through a whole way. Highly recommended location to go too. ? W Penske!

Santosh pokhrel did an amazing job at renting me out a truck over the weekend. His customer service was top tier and took care of me in every way possible. Would most definitely go with Penske again. Prices and customer service are better than uhual or any competitor in my opinion.

Had a few issues, but was very well taken care of by Santosh and Mel. Would only rent from these folks. Superior trucks, and service compared to UHaul, especially on the problem resolution side.

Fantastic service and great people. Saved my butt when U Haul cancelled my truck the day before my move. Penske ended up being faster, cheaper, and more convenient. Definitely my first stop next time.
