The Petco on Monroe Avenue hasn’t had reptiles in over a year almost 2 years now it’s absolutely ridiculous. There is very little staff to help you. The store is not very well organized or clean.

By the time I got home (10 minutes) one of the fish was already dead. Two others died over night.

Don't sign up for vital care programs unless you are aware that it is a full year commitment and you can not cancel it anytime as the employees might tell you.

They canceled my dogs appointment then promised to get her in the next day then called and canceled that day too then try to reschedule us three weeks later . I will not be booking with them again

Service was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tim found us roaming around, looking lost, and helped with a recommended ear treatment based on our new pup and the many products available. He also helped with pup safe chews recommendation which was super helpful. The teller was also super friendly and helpful... the prices were super reasonable - dog beds cheaper than Marshall's, and the stock was great as well.

First and last time I will be at the Pittsford location. I had an appt for ONE shot, got there asked the boy up front its my first time here where do I go, he tells me "go under the bird sign" I go and I get to the back door and....bird supplies. Go back and asked again, then someone else sends me to the middle of the store. I see a kiosk and I waited only 5/6 minutes as another customer comes up and waited next to me for 30 seconds. Finally the nurse is done and she calls the other guy up. I stepped up and said, "I'm sorry I was clearly waiting here first I have a 3:30 appt". She STILL looks over at the other guy and asked what he is here for! I said "EXCUSE me please take care of me first as AGAIN, I was next" She finally takes me and proceeds to check my dog in and that I told her I was there for ONE shot. She then kept saying my dog needs this my dog needs that, I said multiple times I know but i just want the ONE shot. It was such a pain in the butt that I'll go elsewhere other than pittsford.

I have been to this store three times in the last week and I can not get an employee to help me. They have a specific fish that I can’t find other stores currently. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to come over to the fish department and then when they sent them over they went to another woman who just walked in and ignored me. They did a very thorough job in testing her aquarium water

As a new dog owner, I found everyone super helpful and friendly. My pup needed his next vaccine shots, and they walked me thorough the process and fit me in as a walk-in that day.

I recently took my two dogs to Petco for grooming and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The stylist Jessica did an amazing job. She is not only fantastic at her work but also very deaf-friendly and knows some ASL, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend Jessica and this Petco location for anyone looking for a great haircut and grooming service for their pets!
