I love my new apartment!!! ❤️ They helped me tremendously! I was going through a horrible situation and they helped me get into an apartment fast. The process was quick and easy! Their team has amazing customer service and support! My kids and I are very appreciative for the new start they gave us. Their apartments are beautiful! A big THANK YOU to barrington/imperial manor/pine manor!!!!?❤️

We have had a very positive experience living here, the maintenance is quick and thorough and reliable and also always very nice. The staff in the office are very kind and helpful and understanding to any and all our needs,I have never felt rushed off the call at anytime all and all I personally feel it a nice place to live. Thank you

They DON'T plow or throw salt on parking lot or driveway !!!!! Lots of elderly people live here and have to walk on ICE. Mind you parking lot is all the way in the back of apartments. ? Maintenance has a plow truck parked in the parking lot! That they always use for other things, except plowing.My friend lives here and I feel bad for her! Hopefully she moves when her lease is up!They raise yearly rents (lease) between $100-$140 a year. Rent raises at this rate is why people MOVE OUT. That's why they ALWAYS have apartments for rent here.? Lawsuit waiting to happen, when someone slips and falls ?They steal your ? packages and what ever is left in hallways.All size and breeds of dogs are welcomed here, dangerous when dog owners can't control their own dogs.Hallways are dirty and no one works in the office!!!! These people have nowhere to go and address their concerns.

Pine manor is definitely a great place to call home and it’s a great place to raise a family I have lived here going on I believe 6 years now and I am very proud to call pine Manor my home and it’s very close to shopping centers and if u have a problem with something needed fixed in ur apartment they fix it right away I have been here along time and I only needed maintenance to come once to fix a problem so stuff doesn’t break or go wrong with the apartment and the woman who is in the office is very friendly and professional and she always makes sure things get done around the complex and the maintenance guys are also very nice and they do their jobs they work very hard so if ur looking for a long time place to call home I would definitely come check out pine Manor apartments which is owned by barrington residential I’m glad I did ?

I have lived here for almost 20 years. It’s a nice apartment complex. The rooms are big enough for me and my boyfriend. The Maintance staff are very nice and get things done as fast as they can. Are manager Syriac is A very fair women who is willing too work with us and my dog Toby loves her

Just moved in the beginning of September. The place is really nice and spacious. Grounds crew and maintenance is cool as well.

This place was nice until Barrington Residental took over. We had a apartment with two hookers who advertised on backpage living there. Police kicked down their door once a week. Their guests ran their car into the building, threatened neighbors, and broke numerous windows. I went without heat a whole month of December. Thankfully when we went to court judge Nitti awareded me rent money back. There was a dead squirrel in my laundry, they generously gave me back $3.00 (sarcasm), but never addressed the issue. When it was brought up in judge Nitti's court room after showing a year of email proof I complained, they hired someone to look in the attic and found lots of droppings from live animals. The management is terrible, I would never live in this place again.
