Erich and his team did a great job on my shipment. They picked up an antique cabinet I purchased from a nearby store, dismantled it carefully, packaged it with care, and shipped it to me in a timely manner. Glass doors were involved and they arrived fully intact. Plus they saved me a few hundred dollars in shipping costs compared to the quote I got from the seller. Effective communication via email (my preference) as well. Much appreciated and would highly reccommend!

I just dropped off my package there for shipment, and I was given good customer service! The person I worked with was no stranger to hospitality. I asked for a paper and pen as I didn't have the shipment address written down on a paper. He didn't acquiesce like some people at the busy shipping locations would.The interior was inviting, and the scent in the air was from an incense. Don't let the store front fools you, and parking is plentiful. I came here as it's the nearest shipping facility, and I'd definitely come back again for the convenience and to support this local business. Every time I go to a FedEx store, there's always a long line or the employee's not at the register, still dealing with the printing stuff or other packages.

There are a number of different providers for mail service; however, this Prestige office in Rochester is superior! It is very well run! The responses are punctual, polite and helpful! I really appreciate how they handle my mail and address any problems I have. Thank you!

I have had multiple problems with trying to track down packages through different shipping carriers, and Prestige Ship Center has been there(specifically Bobbi)every time to help me out. They either find answers or straight up solve my problems. I rely on them for ANY kind of shipping mishap, and they(she)has not hesitated one bit on trying to help me out. Thanks to them, I don't have to be bombarded with accents and protocol that just leave me confused or angry, or even with no results. I hope your experience with them leave you with the same outcome.
