This is the worst food place in the mall. When I walked up to order 2 of the employees rolled their eyes and went into the back. The remaining employee took my order, overcharged me, and had an attitude when I asked her to fix the error. People who were in line behind me left because of her attitude. There are a million places to eat in this mall- don't waste your money at this horrible one.

My students and I felt very racially profiled and uncomfortable to finish our shopping. We were followed by two security guards. There reason was because there was a large group entering a store. They proceeded to ask one of my students who has dreads if he stole anything from the store. They said they were going to follow us from a distance. My students simply wanted to enjoy the last night of their trip in Rochester but instead we were harassed. Management should look into this because I am sure that this has happened to others.

Pretzel tasted like sugar and was raw at the twisted parts. Very disappointing as I was craving a pretzel and Auntie Ann's was not open

Only in America could this be described as "food". Truly, truly abominable.

I really enjoyed this mall, It was a good size, and had some really good stories. I also enjoyed the choices that they had within the food court. I stopped at a place for cookies that was within the food court, and they were absolutely delicious.

Great Mall. Was in the area for the day and I really didn't have enough time to venture out further than the Ridge Road area. Glad I stayed where I knew. The Mall wasn't too packed for a Tuesday morning to mid afternoon. Great selection of stores, the play area they have for toddlers (with parental supervision) was great to see! They looked like they were having a blast. I definitely look forward to coming back.

Not a bad mall, as malls go. Sad to see all the closed storefronts, and when Abbotts moves out, you know there's a problem. But it does serve its purpose. One thing that gets me are the birds in the food court?!? Yes they're cute, but don't they crap on everybody's food and carry disease? I would think it wouldn't be too sanitary. Other than that, I hope it stays around for a long time!!

If I had to choose between the two malls in Rochester this wouldn't be my first choice. I see a lot of crime around this area. The mall is crowded most of the time. It isn't the cleanest mall either. I don't mind going to the restaurants attached to the mall because they are great environments. I've noticed a lot of store closing as well in this mall.

I feel extremely uncomfortable walking alone in this mall lately- especially when instead of security guards, there is a surplus of armed police officers... it never used to be this way. Guess I'll stick to victor.

They should call this mall "The Mall that Ate Greece NY" because every time I visit it, the square footage seems to have incrementally increased ever so much. Seriously, I expect to see an K-12 school tacked onto the side at some point. That side of West Ridge Road will eventually be one big mall... which, given the locale's weather, makes sense. Oh, one BIG plus... there's a DMV in the mall that is open Saturday mornings.
