Horrible place to rent from. Every 6 months they increase rent so do not get it if you have nothing of value. Also it is better to go to Home Depot and get a storage shed then use these scam artists.

I had a Great Experience at public storage on Lee Road in Rochester NY, the Representative Amanda was Very Pleasant, Thourogh on explaining everything and made everything easy to rent a storage Unit, I wish every Company that I deal with Had a Great Representative like Amanda, Amanda Rocks thanks again! 5 Stars all the Way!!!!!

My experience with this company was good. The clerk was very nice and answered all my questions. She showed me the unit I am renting. It was very clean and easy to get to the unit. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend Public Storage to everyone who has a need to use a storage facility.
