They provide a valuable service, but my friend took my bike there to have the tube replaced and they took the good tire and replaced it with a bald one. I suspect they thought my friend had stolen the bike...

It’s a free service. What more can I say. Much appreciated. Guy in the beard played 21 questioned where I got my son’s high end bike (I don’t steal other people’s property). I can understand the questions coming from the nature of the surrounding neighborhood. One dude that came in was literally complaining about the free service he was getting and being rude. I give the volunteers a lot of credit for what they do.
Thank you for your time

My bike is falling apart so I head up to this place after calling their information line, and when I get there, they tell me that they only do repairs on Wednesday and Saturday(it's Thursday) EVEN THOUGH there is NOTHING on their information line about only doing repairs on specific days. They acted like I was illiterate and told me to go to another repair site halfway across the city where I have only an hour from now to show up WHILE MY BIKE IS FALLING APART. They claim to do God's work but they are Satan.

A great charity with used bikes that have been carefully repaired, low prices, good transportation.

This is an excellent community service. I went there for the first time and got a wonderful bike. The staff is very kind supportive. If you need to get a bike from them go there by 9 am on a Wednesday or a Saturday. No matter what your number on the lottery is, don't be in a hurry to grab a punch card and leave. Wait patiently until you get a chance. They do not have a huge variety, but they do have a good bike that serves your purpose. I really appreciate this great service. This is an excellent opportunity for college students and grad students who cannot afford a new bike get a good bike for free. May this service flourish!

Yeah sure. It's a great place to take your bike and get fixed, but you really should look into fixing electric bikes when they have flats cuz a lot of elderly people nowadays ride electric bikes and our seniors. There's a lot in Rochester. Don't have nowheres to go to get their bike fixed. They're flat and so I think it's a little messed up because a lot of our seniors have fought for our country

Free repairs, volunteers are kind. Almost nothing they can’t fix. They’ve been doing this for years so I trust them wholeheartedly with my bikes. Service is quick in cold weather.I will always be proud to rep a charity, let alone one that helps people with an integral part of Rochester.

Took two bikes to them. The first broke a week after I brought it in and because of their repairs I can't even take it apart to fix. The second bike they ripped apart then said they wouldn't do anything to fix my high end bike and wanted it for parts. Very much not worth the effort of getting in their very early hours. Do it yourself or pay for repair your better off

Great service! I am no expert in bikes, but they helped me adjust the front and rear gear shifters and also adjusted my breaks. Very much appreciated!
