The staff are nice and helpful but I can't really say I have a good experience getting my medication here. Any time my doctors put in an Rx they don't fill it until I call them and ask for it. One time they just said "oh we didn't know you wanted it". ??? Yes I want the medication my doctor told me I needed. I also just got on a medication with refills for the first time since I started using them, and not only did they not automatically refill it, they never got my refill request through the app despite me getting an email confirmation that they did. I had to call with two days left on my medication to make sure I wouldn't run out. I'd love to support an independent pharmacy but it's getting hard to want to stay with them instead of going to CVS.

Have been using Alexander Pharmacy for over 4 years now dedicated staff very friendly helpful and always willing to go the extra distance Irma who I believe is the manager possibly is always a great help and will get knowledge if there's something that she is unsure of. The other staff members are just as helpful with all Stones unturned you will be very satisfied to use Alexander Pharmacy as your primary pharmacist and pharmacy to find out more just ask me exclamation point

Very rude customer service lady on the phone said my medication will be ready in 30 minutes and when I came it took them another 30 minutes and nonsense chatter to let me know I can't receive my medication because its disintegration waste of time very disrespectful and bias never coming here again they also acted like I was a liar when I said the lady said my medication will be ready for 30 minutes good thing I recorded it

I go there for a compounded prescription. It is an inconvenient location. You have to park in a ramp and pay several dollars each time you go to pick up an RX. The service is good however

Had delivery, driver didn't ring the door bell and they called ONCE. Now they want me to come pick up my prescription. Very rude customer service. The driver lied and said they called numerous times. I understand you're busy but don't lie on other people

I called yesterday at noon re: picking up two RX's. No one answered so I left a message I would be there by 1:30 pm at the latest. Never occurred to me that a working pharmacy - where people depend on LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS - would CLOSE before NOON on Dec. 31 and STAY CLOSED until JANUARY 3. No sign, no phone message, doors locked, building empty. I won't be going back. They are really bad at answering their phones and returning calls, have no email or SMS auto generated to tell you your prescriptions are ready. Not professional and, potentially, a healthcare disaster. I even went to their website before I left home and it shows NEW YEAR'S EVE "MAY HAVE LIMITED HOURS" - but not that they would A) NEVER BE OPEN or CLOSED BY 1:00 PM December 31 and NOT reopening until Monday, January 3 ! Four day workweek, nice - for them...

Unfortunately I thought it would be convenient since it is located in the same building as my doctor's office BUT the employees are careless, rude, and just incompetent!
My Dr. called in my prescription and when I went to the pharmacy to pick them up the meds weren't ready. She then told me to come back in twenty minutes, still not ready. Then insisted I already picked them up, or maybe she put them in the mail, THIS WAS THE SAME PERSON WHO JUST TOLD ME TO GIVE HER TWENTY MINUTES SO SHE CAN FILL THE RX SHE TOLD ME WAS READY OVER THE PHONE. I left and had to come back another day to pick up my meds. That day I called, and they hung up the phone on me twice. I finally get someone on the phone and asked if my meds were ready, she said YES. She began to talk about the wrong meds! Something I had already picked up almost a week ago for my cold and chest congestion. After getting on the same page I asked if my "new" meds were ready, she said YES. I then asked if the bag was in her hands. No. I then asked for her to physically check that the prescription was filled and ready for pickup. It wasn't. She said they would be ready "today". I asked if she was filling it right now. She put me on hold. Some time passes and she comes back to the phone and said she just did it. I asked her the copay amount so I know she had to put it in the computer BECAUSE AT THIS POINT I NO LONGER FELT I COULD TRUST HER SAYING SHE COMPLETED THE TASK. She gave the info. I still waited an hour, actually I waited four days to pick up my meds from the initial day they said that they were ready, to pick them up. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy not only for convenience but honestly for my safety.
