It's fabulous to see some revitalization happening in the building and several spaces put to good use (if you enjoy performing arts, we recommend the theater!) We do wish there was better signage. When we entered the building from the Mortimer Street Garage, we found it challenging to find the theater. We hope to see more spaces in the building filled.
