Much Thanks to Liz in the office! I had toilets put in at my townhouse and I needed to get rid of my old ones. I called Liz and she talked to the garbage company that picks up at my townhouse community and left me a voicemail the next da saying that everything was all set.
Liz is very friendly and great at resolution and communication! I’m very appreciative of how Liz takes care of business!! What a great person to have, representing your company!!

WORST Property Manager ever!
Totally INCOMPETENT!
The company does NOT follow through with any promises it makes! The staff is NOT responsive! The most UNQUALIFIED maintenance staff. Two hours to change a light bulb.

This company appears to have forgotten the first principle of doing business. My experience with them is that they are too busy being busy or unavailable for their customers. ( homeowners) They do not follow up, I have been waiting 1 1/2 years for example for a project. Most recent issue, did not follow up. I’m needing information regarding status, not miracles.

On July 15, 2024 our area was hit with a severe hailstorm. The damage in our particular townhome community was widespread, and Realty Performance Group has systematically been making repairs to every single townhouse from top to bottom. Bob Marvin is the project manager, and he has led this undertaking in the most organized fashion! Every townhouse has has received a new tear off roof, new skylights if the unit already had them, flashing, gutters, and they are currently working on replacing all of the vinyl siding. Trim will be painted, and any other damages as a result of storm damage will also be repaired. Every person working on the finest of details has been friendly, and professional with a great attitude despite working in the worst weather our area has dished out. To say that we are very pleased with this entire process, and Bob Marvin's quick response to any/every question is an understatement!

I am the president of an HOA that is run by Realty Performance Group. Our manager Jeff is doing an outstanding job for us. He is organized, dependable, knowledgeable and patient with our members. I would highly recommend this company.

Our townhouse community sustained extensive damage during the hailstorm last July. The company that is replacing the roofs caused damage to my property. I reported the concern via email and Robert Marvin was at my house the same day to assess the damage. After following his recommendation to obtain an estimate for the repair of the damage and submitting it, I was promptly reimbursed no questions asked. I also had a flat tire as a result of driving over a roofing nail and had the same positive experience in resolving the problem. Mr. Marvin was very responsive and professional during both incidents which was very much appreciated.

I have been on the HOA Board for about five years! Realty Performance Group has been great to work with. If we have a problem, Bob Marvin works with us to quickly resolve the issue. He assigned John Standing to handle our property. He quickly gets back to us when we have a question. If he doesn't know the answer, we will let us know it will be a while. We even had an issue on the weekend, and he helped resolve it. Same as our previous property manager Dave Hilstead. The office personnel is friendly and helpful as well.

Stay away from this company if you're looking for a competent management company. The assigned property managers are typically useless for any sort of problem, concern, or even general information. The company manager is even more incompetent then the staff he hires.

Realty Performance Group is very responsive to our needs at Wells Landing Association. President Bob Marvin even stepped in to help us arrange sealcoating plans when we were temporarily without a property manager. In fact he actually showed up on site for several days during the sealcoating work to see that everything went smoothly. Our current property manager David Drake is very responsive to homeowner requests and often comes onsite to investigate issues and talk directly to homeowners and Board Members. In short, from President Bob to Property Manager David, we feel that we are all members of a team working together to provide the best services for our community members.

Terrible HOA services. Takes forever to get maintenance done on townhouses after putting work orders in. Landscaping is done terribly. Snow removal rarely if EVER gets done. Increases in monthly HOA fees are not worth what we pay for here. It's absolutely ridiculous.
