A guy with long hair helped us. He was truly amazing! Made us feel very welcomed and answered our questions in perfect detail and with great knowledge. He took his time and was very patient with us looking around the store and with questions. Taught us and used the foot scanner to see exactly what would be good for my feet for my manufacturing internship. We loved it here!

The people who work at red wing know their jobs! I can walk in and tell them what I am looking for they will measure my feet and bring out shoes for me to try on. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I’ve been wearing them for 30 plus years same store and most of the same people!

The folks here are super helpful and made for a great experience! The boots I bought ended up being a half size too big after all, but they made the process of coordinating a return & exchange via mail due to my being from out of town as seamless as possible.

Craig was awesome. He did a custom fit on two different machines. Knew his products very well. Brought me out two sizes to try on. Great asset to your company for sure.
