this place is absolutely amazing. It's one of the best salvage stores I've ever been to my mother and I like to take a road trip in from Buffalo just to spend the day there. If you're looking for something unique you'll find it there if you're looking for a door you'll find it, the place is absolutely amazing I highly recommended

I stopped in because a different salvage dealer mentioned ReHouse as a "long shot" to have any of the vintage radiator vent valves I was looking for. Not only did ReHouse have several (18!), but an associate found them quickly, and helped me dig to look thoroughly into the possibilities hidden under the surface. I've seldom had a better experience in decades of searching for hard-to-find parts and equally hard-to-find employees/associates! Kudos.

Do you live in an older home? If you live in the city, that is a likely situation you're living in. The problem with old homes is for as beautiful as they are, replacing parts when they break can be expensive and difficult. ReHouse takes that problem as well as the ethical repurposing of other houses to use. Whether you need an old sink or some doorhandles, ReHouse has you covered. I've even seen things as large as staircases that were rescued from a demolition just waiting to be brought into a new home. You wouldn't know it from the front but behind the store is a generous parking lot ready for you to fill your car up with new salvage to bring home.

If you're looking for anything antique . A screw for a hurricane lamp. A beautiful stained glass. Trim piece, tile, trim anything. They have it! Staff super helpful . They know their inventory. Fair pricing. Wonderful to just walk through. Also, artisans repurpose items into art or household furniture. Fun place to walk through.

I do recommend this place and will most likely patron it further as there is limited selection for these items today. My wife and I love 20s-40s houses and have owned a few as we’ve moved through the years. ReHouse is usually our go to stop to purchase odds and ends, particularly light fixtures. We’ve purchased 3 absolutely beautiful chandeliers here and they’ve come with us to each house we own. If you have 1” hardwoods or gumwood trim and may need to replace them - this is your place to go.Recently I feel the pricing needs a bit of work. Well maintained display pieces are one thing, those command a hefty price - but when I recently purchased two door handle plates and one glass door knob for close to $100 - that’s a bit much. I returned the items and purchased ones of similar or better condition on eBay for literally half the price. I’d like to support a local business but I do not like throwing money away. If I wanted to spend top dollar I’d just buy repros on house of antique hardware.

Don't miss the basement! I found that a some of what I was seeking was seen down there and the staff didn't mention it when I asked for certain things. I came with measurements, etc. and the young man who assisted us knew exactly what hardware we need, helped us load it, etc. I was very pleased in general though I was looking for certain items that weren't to be found there. That's the luck of the draw, though, you never know what you might find. I'm sure there must be turnover. Fun antique store next door, too. Prices reasonable.

Great, locally owned architectural salvage/old house parts and antique superstore! Great customer service, good hours and plenty of parking in the rear of building.
