Had a great experience working with Ms. Migliore getting pre-approved for a car loan. The process was straightforward and made my car buying experience the easiest ever. I was happy with the interest rates they could offer and was able to stay at a reasonable monthly payment for my budget. No hassle, no jerking around and trying to talk me into things I didn't need. I invested about 2 hours in person at Reliant and the dealership and Ms. Migliore communicated directly as needed, making it that much more simple and smooth for me. Thank you! 🦆

I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received from Jennifer Rodriguez. She contacted my husband offering to refinance our vehicles and claimed she didn’t know I was also an owner, which turned out to be untrue. When we arrived at the branch to sign the paperwork, everything was prepared solely for my husband, even though both of us are on the title. This oversight caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Thankfully, we went to the main branch in Sodus the very next day, where the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I wouldn’t recommend working with Jennifer due to this dishonest and careless handling of our refinance.

They used to be a great bank for my family and me. I was a teller at a bank for 5 years so I know how the business works. I felt like this bank cared about me and my families well being. I ended up speaking to the manager Tammrra about my concerns. I felt like she was discriminating against when I came in with my kids. I had to call her back numerous times and she/the bank would not return my phone call. I just felt disrespected and rushed off the phone each time. She was like brushing it off. They lost a customer and my families business. I do appreciate they resolved the problem at the end of the day though. At the end of the day it is employees that make the business succeed. Hopefully this will be a learning lesson for the manager.

Shaun and the staff at the Geneva branch have treated me great. Much better than my credit union in Colorado or S. Carolina. Will continue to do business with them till I croak.

I have mortgaged four investment properties with this bank because I have been so impressed with their terms and service. They worked hard to earn my business with attractive terms that other banks would not offer. Friendliest bank I have worked with. Committed to servicing their members like family. Reliant is a credit union that is just not on par with others. I opened this account years ago when my friend was a teller to help her and I'm not fully sure why I have kept it open. The one thing I like is that that allow larger mobile deposits than the bank I do all my business with. However my weekly checks and none of my bills really go through this bank. While they accept larger mobile deposits they also have longer holds on large checks than other banks. I will probably stop using them because their locations are not convenient and their policies/business practices are pretty archaic compared to other credit unions.
