I've been using this pharmacy for a while, I've never had any issues with them I always get my prescriptions filled on time, I send my prescriptions in using the Rite Aid app so I don't have to keep putting in numbers when I call my prescriptions in, the app is better.

I NEVER write bad reviews. But I feel like I need to let people know that this pharmacy does not answer their phone. So if you have a lot of medication questions/issues do not use this pharmacy, as you will have to physically go to the store to speak to anyone regarding any issues with your medications. I have not had this issue with other rite aid pharmacies in the area.

Meds sent to pharmacy in Syracuse for the last 4 months. Tells me they had it transferred back. Nope not yet. Come back in 5 to 10 minutes. Now there are 6 people waiting and mine still isn't ready. Girl behind counter has bad attitude.

Store itself is great pharmacy is always slow.its always a bunch of workers in pharmacy but your gonna wait and wait.they will call you constantly saying its ready for pickup but when u get there expect to wait 20 min or longer
