Handing up when I have question about a serious matter with my health? Not cool! Corporate and BBB will be contacted. Imagine how many others and eldery he spoke to With this disgrace!

Was picking up a prescription and meds weren’t covered then the male who was working today told me to get better insurance next time. Extremely rude and horrible service.

The pharmacy department need to get there act together lately they been horrible I been there a couple times to get my prescription and they said it would be ready in a hour then to find out they don’t have it and then I came back multiple times and still haven’t got it available, is been really ridiculous.

Register staff, pharmacy staff, & security are all very helpful and professional. I am able to access my prescriptions quickly and conveniently in store or through the pharmacy drive thru.

There was a young woman working the register who was incredibly rude after I asked if they have gift reciepts. She didn't respond for a minute and then gave me a dirty look and said no super rudely as if I was stupid. She then proceeded to stare me down with a dirty look as my boyfriend paid. Don't work a customer service job if you are going to be rude when someone asks a question.

Liked their previous customer service. Have to go through too many channels for assistance and the new employees aren't very kind. Miss the Lotto machines, caring atmosphere, personability and welcoming family atmosphere. I loved going into that store.

Went today too pick up scripts sat in drive thru for 10 minutes while all the girls in pharmacy looked and was laughing just having a good old time. Not very good customer service. Will be taking my business else where. Even called to talk to store manager was on hold for 10 men and there was not store manager on duty.

I arrived at Walgreens at 5:50 not knowing they closed at 6pm Sundays. I greeted at door at exactly 5:53- I only needed a few quick fingernail files but was told all registers were closed and I could not come in.i ofcourse pleaded a bit saying it's only 5:53. I could be done in 2 minutes. Nope!!! all registers are closed. I had no choice but to go to a competition store,even know I only go to Walgreens for many years now. The sign should say we close at 5:50-not 6!!I normally have never had a problem with any of the 100s of different stores,I have shopped in for over 20 years state, to state.

I called and was on hold for 10 mins, and then they hung up on me. Called again and the same thing happened. Cannot get in touch with anyone from the store or pharmacy.

The staff at the pharmacy in the back always do a great job!. Wether its through drive thru or in person they exceed customer service & during the entire pandemic they worked their tails off to make sure we all had our medicines appreciate you all so much for your daily hard work & dedication highly recommended to all friends & family!!.

Wow. Where to start? Well, they’re never fully stocked in anything really, most times I end up leaving because they don’t have the basic essentials. I go back a month later and certain items still aren’t restocked.The employees barely know what they’re doing, let alone even look like they want to be there.They close whenever the hell they want and can’t even be bothered to fix the front doors.Not to mention the parking lot is a suspension nightmare! More holes than the surface of the moon.Walgreens is severely overpriced anyways, their “discounts” are literally the price almost anywhere else.
