I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Nadine for her assistance in setting up my new insurance in Rite Aid's system. After changing health insurance, I was only given the insurance number and lacked the necessary details to process my prescriptions. Frustrated and ready to leave without my medication, Nadine went above and beyond by taking the extra step to look up the information in Rite Aid's system and she was able to find the required numbers and successfully fill my prescription.
Thank you, Nadine, for providing outstanding customer service and for your patience in going the extra mile to ensure I received my medication.

I will NEVER stop to shop at this store Ever Again.i walked in to get bottled water as a african American i was followed throughout store by the older lady at they register as i turned and noticed her she then tried to rush up the next aisle to beat me to the register and say can i help you no one else of diffrent race did she bother but me so i politely told her you can put. Your waters back because i refuse to spend my hard earned dollars anywhere where im racially profiled and stereotyped.the sas part is this happens alot to the african American rave and they be so busy watching us they own be robbing them blind this gotta stop its sad when we spending our money in these buisness es

The most dysfunctional pharmacy I've ever visited. I called at 2:30 to check on one refill and was told to call back in at least an hour and a half.
It still wasn't ready at 6:30 when I called again. Now it can be ready in 15-20 minutes. Okay, I need to make a stop first.
Despite my calls, I have to wait a half hour at the pharmacy because the refill still isn't ready.
I can understand being busy. I can't understand going back on your word twice in one day to the same person.

This is my favorite branch (605 Titus Ave) of all the stores here in Roch, NY. The front end staff here, have always been very friendly, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to the new pharmacy staff too. They are upbeat, efficient, and friendly as well. System glitches aside, whether computer or human error, I always enjoy shopping here.My only caveat is the setup of your vitamins & supplements dept. Not just specifically your site but all of them in the area have this weird set up. Instead of the vitamins/supplements being categorized by brand only and then in alphabetical order, they are done both ways, causing you to look for a different brand specific item further down the aisle or even worse, the next aisle over.Additionally, No other dept is set up that way. Ex: If it's makeup all Neutrogena will be in 1 section for makeup by type. They also make facial care and body care products that will be in their respective depts, along with different brands, so easy find for each. Why are the vitamin/supplements grouped in such a disarray that you're going down multiple aisles to find what you need because it re-catorgorized multiple times in different sections. So if there is a new vitamin offering you'll miss it because it's all over the place. Now, I get that there are different forms (pills, powders, liquid, gummies etc.) But leave the mixed grouping to their smaller lines with 1 or 2 products to be bundled together. Those with multiple products shouldn't be scattered in different places amongst 2 or 3 aisles..Lastly, your store is the only carrier for a lot of these trusted brands of vitamins/supplements. No other pharmacy or store has certain lines that you sell in the whole Rochester and surrounding areas. I would say from a marketing, profit & logistical standpoint, not necessarily in that order, Rite Aid should want to re think inventory and capitalize on that with this new wave of health consciousness taking over in society.

Called in a prescription and got 4 phone calls in 24 hrs telling my prescription was ready. It doesn't seem like rocket science to make it just one call.

I spoke with someone (unfortunately didn’t get their name) who helped me with allergies. Not a pharmacists, just someone who worked there. She gave me awesome advice and I didn’t have the time go back and thank her properly. I live out of town. All her tips and help have made a big impact on my allergies. Thank you for your amazing help today, I hope leadership understands how much of a difference you’re making.

This is a few blocks from my home, yet I have not had a single successful script refill in the four months I've tried. My own doctor's office is flabbergasted at the amount of calls needed to refill an inhaler. They've sent me around to three different locations around town to pick up a monthly maintenance drug. Not attempting to fill anything here again.

Peggy (blond older lady) snatched a product out of my hand because I wanted to see what color it was. I was going to buy it and she said no thanks now it has germs on it. Extremely rude.
