If I could give this place a zero, I would... for ZERO customer service whatsoever!! So, I went with my friend to help her out and we talked to this fat, sleezy glasses wearing manager about a broken piece of crap box spring that collapsed. These were Queen split box mattresses and she wanted to replace just one that somehow collapsed. Two of the four slats inside had broken. They were 3 years old and the CREEP would not replace it or offer a reasonable solution. Since when does a box spring go bad after 3 years? Ok, so it failed. Most mattresses and box springs are guaranteed 10 -20 years depending on the grade of the item, some offer life time. So this sleezeball CREEP'S underhanded answer was to sell her two new box springs for $250 because the ones he had NOW were 1/2 inch higher. Oohh the old bait and switch routine. Boy he's a clever one. So in the midst of all this, the CREEP refused to believe either her or I and instead tried to turn it around indicating it was her fault and that the manufacturer wouldn't settle it. This CREEP has got serious mental and trust issues... real piece of sh..t. This sleezy CREEP who looked like he hadn't missed a meal ever refused to stand behind the crap merchandise he sells at inflated prices. After the frustration of this dealing with this short-sided CREEP, my friend said she wouldn't ever buy another item from the store. Then with food spitting out of his mouth as he spoke, he rudely told us to get out, get out he said! Get a bib already! What a complete jerk. As a decent human being, of which he's deliberately decided against being, would have been to attempt to provide some reasonable resolve to the issue. Instead, he chose to argue with her, attempting to sell some additional crap and implicate that she was lying about how the box spring became damaged. "How do I know that some kid wasn't jumping on it" he said. Really? But that's what a douchbag CREEP who has no integrity would do...blame the customer for the damage. So, we went to SLEEP CHEAP across from Delta Sonic on W. Henrietta and Leon took care of us! God Bless Leon! Great guy nice as can be. She bought a better grade of box spring 9" for $100. A $100!! instead of the CREEP'S 7" oh excuse me 7 1/2" piece of crap for $250. What a difference in a gracious, kind businessman. WOOT WOOT LEON!! I was like this guy really knows how to help out and create customer loyalty whereas the creep is short-sided, small minded and a complete idiot on how to retain a customer. Moral of the story!! Don't buy from the CREEP!! SHOP AT SLEEP CHEAP instead across from Delta Sonic on W. Henrietta. You'll be sooo glad you did!

JD was very good… had lot patience with me lol ..great performance by him … I was going buy sectional… but I decided to look around first at other stores… because it’s a big purchase what I wanted … I feel bad ended up getting the same sectional at different store for $300 less and a 5 year warranty!! Sorry JD but you were great tho ??

BEWARE of these crooks, do not buy anything from this place. Go to a reputable furniture chain.I tried to cancel an order i placed because i was no longer moving and they pushed me off over and over on the phone, claiming they were busy.. when this store is always empty, first lie.Then i show up and this rude manager tells us we can't cancel our order, even though we never received it, nor was it on its way yet. Next, he claims we have to pay a 50% restocking fee when the furniture isn't even there!And by the way, part of the order was over the phone, so this supposed fine print they claim is on the receipt that says you have 7 days to cancel an order, i never was given nor told when i ordered over the phone.They obviously are desperate. Then the supposed owner calls me up, an aggressive bully, angrily telling me. that he paid for the furniture and will be out this money since it was on its way, yet another lie. We were told 3 to 4 weeks. When I stated they don't have to accept delivery of it or they can sell it since it's in their showroom, I was told they could not sell it since now it became a "special order" all of a sudden.They tried every excuse in the book although they have relationships with these companies they order from.He kept coming up with baloney to desperately hold on to the money. Makes me furious to see places like this.. They obviously aren't doing well.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these crooks. especially because if you have a problem with anything after its delivered, I am told by other customers they will do nothing. Unacceptable.

0 star This is the largest store in which customers are deceived immediately after the sale process. You will not see faces in the same way on the first day. I do not recommend this store. You will not be able to return or change a product.

So understanding, Currently have my bed on layaway right now. I'm earning on the $400.00 now to get it paid off. But they are very nice and good people. Especially if your on social services. I'm obese hand have back and knee problems. So this bed will be a life saver.So I would definitely refer them to people like me that need new furniture, especially a new bed. They will work with you you just have to get a ride to come in and pick out what you want. If they don't have it in store they will order it but the love when you come with at least $50 or $20 to start account up.If you go tell them Josalyn J. Sent you.

Had very bad experience with Roc City Furniture in Henrietta. I spent 18 k on furniture over the summer for my new home. First they damaged my garage door by putting a big dent in and damaged walls and flooring in my home as they were delivering furniture. Some pieces were damaged and had to wait a very long time for the store to even look at it. Had an issue with my brand new bedroom set from Roc City Furniture. Jon came out and tried to fix the draw and broke a piece under the bed right in front of me. He said he would replace the piece and fix and hasn't. I've been ignored through numerous calls and texts for the past 4 months. They were also supposed to replace my daughters dresser that had a defect and that was never taken care of. I never was given a copy of my warranty. I've been asking for 9 months for a copy and still nothing. This is beyond acceptable that I can't get a return phone call from Jon the manager. I would think twice before buying furniture there. The customer service is horrible after you buy with them.

From the time I walked in Roc City until the delivery guys left the customer service was amazing! JD made my brother and I feel comfortable he was so personable and full of knowledge, we knew we were buying from him. Then Chris and Jesse hit it over the top with there delivery service as well!Thanks guys I will definitely be returning in the future.

Dan is awesome and helpful. I believe it was him who also helped us get our furniture set nearly 20 years ago and it lasted that long! Go to the Rock City furniture location on Clay road and Dan will see you right. Decent furniture at reasonable price. Though I cannot say the same for the Greece location because I had quite a different experience there.

Amazing team and fantastic service from start to finish!John was more than willing to help out when we had issues with an incorrect floorplan that was provided by the apt complex. He went out of his way to re order the sectional in the correct orientation.When the sectional was delivered Chris and Jessie tried EVERYTHING possible to get it into the apt. But it was too large to fit in the funky entrance way.We called John and he stepped up again helping to find a new couch that was equally nice and fit the budget. Jessie and Chris came back that day and had the new couch in and set up in no time.I can't express how happy I am with the service from every team member that I dealt with. I'll defintely be returning to ROC City Furniture!

My partner and I bought a sectional sofa, the staff was very helpful and friendly. When the sofa we picked did not fit in my apartment, the delivery guys (Chris and Jesse) literally came back to the store with us to pick a new couch and delivered it same day. Amazing service would recommend to anyone needing new furniture!
