The name should be changed to Rude 21, as if your not a certain type of customer, 1 no one will say hello to you or greet you 2 if you can't find a size your looking for, unless your lucky to find a sales clerk your out of luck.

They have some good stuff BUT they are tricky... last night I went there and a girl told me about a promotion (2 jeans for 40) ok, I took it and THEY DON'T HAVE A FIT ROOM so the girl told me I could take them and if it doesn't fit come back and exchange it... I did that in less than 24hrs. I went today and they want to charge me 10$ after that they said 5$ for the exchange because the offer was last night and today doesn't count... the jeans was same fckn price SAME and they said wasn't when I'm seeing the target with same price ? so... is not the 5$ the problem... was that they was lying to me...

Go there with my GF periodically who goes to this particular store because of its “plus size clothing”. Individuals who were shopping in the “regular” section of the store were treated nicely while my gf and I were sneered and laughed at. Also, I felt for one of the associates was being treated and talked to by whom I can only assume was her manager (only have seen him recently) This guy was rude, nasty and disrespectful…even if he was disciplining her he should have never spoke to her in that manner in general let alone on the sales floor. This supervisor or employee should be terminated immediately and we will no longer by shopping at this store and/or brand.
