If I could give this place zero stars I would do not shop here unless you already know what you want. Do not listen to any of the staff recommendations. I went in a few days ago and bought staff recommended products for what I was doing and the condition of my hair and all of my hair fell out. I am now bald after following their instructions and using the product they recommended. And when I went in just to let them know, I did not ask for my money back or yell at them. I simply wanted to let them know so no one else experiences what I experienced, and the girl at the desk with the short brown hair and yellow spots blamed me and my hair saying it was my hair and my fault and my hair was too weak and not a good condition and that it was not the product it was not the did the products it was my fault even though when they gave me the products they saw the condition of my hair. They recommended those products based off of the condition of my hair and I follow their directions. I simply went back to educate them on my experience so that no one else would have to go through that and instead of apologizing or even just saying sorry you have to go through this or thank you for letting us know she was incredibly rude and said it was my fault not the products and not the staff and it was oh well. So I would recommend 100% not shopping here. I have been using Sally’s for years. But never again not that they are going to Care, but I’m hoping this will reach some young girl or woman to prevent them from going through what I went through.

I went there yesterday with my wife The store is not where Google says it is It's up in the Wegmans plaza for one. Two, we walk in I ask a specific question they tell me there's no way to do what I'm looking for and they continue to talk to each other (two female employees one young and one old on 10-8-22) 20 minutes in the store they never left the back of the counter All they did was complain about how they don't make $13 an hourlol. The shouldn't even have a job. Anyways bought the product I needed for $10 at Target. I don't see the point of employing horrible horrible customer service employees who don't even try to sell you anything, let alone even help. I would give negative stars if I could

sally’s at the ridgemont plaza never fails, the store is clean and the staff is sweet and welcoming and they always have my favorite products in stock :)

although the products are amazing, customer service was pretty awful. the employees were judgmental and rude. one of them had a lot of attitude and opinion on what i was looking to buy.

Great store, employees are so nice and beautiful and know their stuff. Their shipments are still small due to covid but that is not their fault and they do their best with what they have and are great at recommending similar products.

Used to get all my supplies here. Never going back again. I placed an order online because there was a 15% off discount if you did order pickup. I got an email saying my order was ready. When I showed up, they casually told me they didn’t actually have 2/3rds of my order in stock so I had to pick out a substitution. I asked if I’d still get the 15% off discount on those items since it’s not my fault they said the order was filled but they didn’t have the items. They said no. So I was already annoyed. Then I tried to buy a similar replacement for the items I was missing. She rang them up and they came out to more than I’d calculated in my head. I double checked the price and said it wasn’t correct. I showed her on the shelf how THREE boxes of that item were in front of stickers with a lower price and she just said “oh yea sometimes things get moved over.” In literally ANY other retail store like Target or Walmart they would honor the price difference if it was their fault in order to keep the customer happy. Especially if the difference wasn’t large. She kept telling me there was nothing she could do about either the 15% or the incorrect price labels. Ending up spending more than I wanted to because I didn’t really have another choice and just took my stuff and left. I work retail myself and if I did any of the things they did at Sally’s I’d get a verbal warning. Horrible business practices.

The workers, who are supposed to be trained in the products they carry got it wrong at every turn and suggested I don't shop the Dewey Ave store because they don't know what they are doing there. The workers were rude and did as little as they could to help me find what I was looking for.

Went there to get a hair dye. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Got what I need at a competitive price. Its conveniently located within the same wegmans plaza so you can stop by any time.Ample free parking.

Yesterday Dec 31 I was there 5 mins before opening the lady with purple hair was working WITHOUT her mask she walked to the door put on her mask told mr "you can't come in without a mask " I asked can I order online and grab it that way? "You still need to put on a mask" but her prior to opening SHE DID NOT need it??? Makes sense.... mandates are NOT laws.

Horrible customer service. Very rude, unfriendly and no help at all. They should be retrained before they are left to give advice to anyone. Will never step foot in there again. They also should get their hair professionally done and not do it themselves. There own hair reflects how much knowledge they have, zero!
