Worker was rude and did not understand English well. I called to order a pick up delivery, I was put on hold immediately and the call was never answered. I stopped by as I was already out and was still on hold on mu phone. The guy that worked there was extremely rude amd walked away from me. You will never get another dollar out of me

It would be nice if the website stated no more orders for pick up 30 minutes before closing. Usually if a business is open until. That's what it is! Thrme female that answered the phone sound unpleasant. Better customer service! If you do not like your job. QUIT!

I travel to Rochester a couple times a year and always look forward to getting a Salvatore’s pizza. This was my first time at this location and the pizza was consistent to other locations…delicious! Kudos to the staff for maintaining delicious consistency.

I ordered a wrap tray and Chicken Charlie Pizza for my staff and everything was so delicious! There are plenty of wraps for everyone, made exactly how I requested and presented on a beautiful tray. I am always happy with the food we get from this Salvatore s but this time they really outdid themselves!Thank you! Tammy and my crew at Special T Cakes

$6.50 delivery fee is outrageous at a pizza place that does 90% of its business by delivery. That effectively means you are misleading customers about your prices. Just raise your prices so you aren’t lying to your customers on your menu and then surprising them with a higher than expected total. It’s a deceptive business practice. $6.50 delivery is expected in NYC for a seamless or Uber eats order, Not for delivering pizza in upstate NY less than a mile from the pizzeria. Salvatore’s pizza is otherwise a solid 4 star pizza place but I cannot support any business that is hiding fees in this way.

Refused to take gift cards for my pizza and plate, which is the first time I've ever been told that so I guess you all can enjoy that food yourselves.Update: Just called the Dewey location and they told me they would be able to accept multiple gift cards so I was right.

Last week I ordered a large mild chicken Charlie with pepperoni (family favorite). The pizza was hardly had any blue cheese base which or buffalo sauce on the chicken, which in turn made the pizza taste dry. I called the store and spoke to the manager, MJ, he explained that since I added pepperoni, he only lightly saved the pizza so it would get too oily. I explained that that decision made the pizza dry. Like you were just eating cheese, bread, and chicken with no sauce. MJ offered to remake the pizza that night, but I was unable to come back out due to it being late and having a small child. He offered for me to still call in whenever I could to reorder. I called last night and MJ took it upon himself to remake the pizza and apologized for the last one. The remade pizza was delicious and saucy. MJ’s customer service and willingness to rectify the situation was top notch. Will be ordering again from this location.

Got sheet from them tonight to watch boxing worst pizza ever was cold and cheese was gross I love pizza and they where terrible wow Salvatore you got these people playing with the brand big upset 60 dollars worth of garbage

I got a slice and wings combo, pizza was alright but was a little disappointed there was no option for dry rubs instead of sauces for the wings, but I ended up getting garlic Parm and it was very good. I just prefer dry rubs.Parking: If you're there when it's busy, you might have trouble finding a space in the lot, it gets really packed, fast

Ordered wings and I get there then I'm told "oops sorry he dropped the wrong kind of wings he's making them now..." I'm wondering what was happening the whole time because it doesn't take that long. So I had to wait additional time and I was over it at that point and cancelled. Drove home empty handed. ... Should have gotten it when I ordered. Smh moving on now ?

My wife and I ordered wings, told 20 minutes. 30 minutes later we arrive to be told they made the wrong wings and just dropped ours to wait another 20 minutes. Smh. Shame on these store managers for allowing constant failures. Not the first time. Now we're home with NO FOOD. GO TO Mark's.
