We used to love ordering from this place all the time but lately I don’t know what’s happened we don’t even tip the delivery drivers anymore because they take HOURS to deliver COLD STALE FOOD that we paid tons of money for this like the last place y’all would want to order food from for delivery for pick up it’s ok I guess but delivery if I can give zero stars I would tonight was horrific we placed an order online at 7:11 pm we just got our food 8:20 pm COLD STALE AND SOGGY we call and they state their tracker does not work please fix that why would you advertise tracking and it doesn’t work!? Your site says they ensure fast efficient delivery in less than 1 hour don’t believe that or them that’s false advertisement to get y’all to buy and that sucks seriously this location really needs to invest in a better delivery system like Mt Hope location no one beats those guys NO ONE I’m so sad we moved away from that area and sold our home over there they delivered miles away to us always less than 30 minute waits this location is horrible with deliveries I will not be buying anymore nor recommending

I wish I could show you all a picture of the pathetic " Sicilian calamari" I received from the Dewey Ave store. It looked like some a child made blind folded. It was also cold and tasted worse than looked. They had the nerve to charge me $21 for it. They of course refused to give me a refund after being a customer there for 20 years lol

Good food and they use their own employees for delivery witch is a big deal for me.wont use door dash ever again,too many issues.you can always pick up to save on delivery fees.

I order lunch 2-3 times weekly. So it's fair to say that I'm a "regular". Food is fairly priced with good daily specials. Problem is is that my phone-in order has been forgotten at least 4 times in past 3 weeks. They predict 20-30 min, I show up 45 min later and THEN they make the order. 10 minutes later they apologize for forgetting it. I'm done with this lack of customer service. My time is more important to me than it is to them and if they cared, I'd be adding a few more stars. They obviously don't so no more Salvatore's on Dewey.

Ordered food at 4:05pm it arrived at 5:51pm. Driver did not have food in a hot bag. Manager said food left store at 5:05pm so food sat in drivers car for almost an hour, pizza was ice cold and wings were cold. Manager did not seem to care. This company has gone downhill since Soccer Sam retired and moved to Florida. Would rather get a better product elsewhere. No mor Salvatores for this family.

They called me to tell me that as a first time customer I would have to go there first and then they would start making the pizza (no matter how you try and orderit). The reason for this is because they have made pizzas without the people coming to collect. ( understandable) then take card only then>:( it's ridiculous to expect us to wait even when I said I'll be there and live right across the street and still declined saying I had to be there probably lose a lot of business

I've been a loyal customer for years but I'm severing my relationship with this chain. I placed an order over the website last night, site indicated it didn't go through so I tried again. Again, it did not go through. No confirmation email. After following up with my bank they indicated I had been charged twice for an order I never received. I spoke with "owner" (press X to doubt) of the Dewey location who told me to call corporate. Well, this AM I tried to call corporate. It's all electronic and they tell me to send an email. This wasn't my error. Why am I running around like a personal assistant? What garbage customer service is this? If I walked in and took $70 from the register I'd be in jail. I'm waiting to hear back but I am prepared to file a chargeback. This wasn't necessary if anyone at any point had pretended they cared about my loss of money OR the fact I never got my food. Your quality has gone, and your portions have shrunk over the years anyways, this is probably for the best. Support your local pizza joints... except this chain.
