This business was such a pleasure to deal with very friendly people going into the door, answering all my questions and concerns. The work staff fixed the car 100% like brand new. Very pleased.

This was a very difficult situation, knowing that COVID caused much delays in every supply chain doesn’t excuse certain situations: unfortunately a USPS van rear ended my month old Outback. GEICO instructed me to bring the vehicle to this location for repair. The facility had the vehicle for seven days to repair. Was then released to me with the knowledge that my rear cross traffic sensor was on back order and that system would be disabled. That sensor was also a component for the blind spot assist, lane departure systems, cruise control, and any self-parking capabilities it had. After five months and fourteen days, they were ready to install the sensor claiming it just was delivered (the same sensor had been available from NAPA for two months prior to this). After waiting for the entire day to get word of my vehicle being ready, I did not receive a call back until the next morning to let me know that the sensor was not installed. There was no reason they gave that was plausible. I was then informed that the following eeek they could fit my vehicle in as this sensor could only be installed and calibrated by a trained person. Three day’s later l am called to be asked if I can bring my vehicle in due to this trained person going on vacation and wouldn’t be able to install it for weeks. I drop off my vehicle that morning and waited until the following morning to be told that my vehicle was still not fixed and that they had driven the vehicle to another service business, without my knowledge or permission. The skilled person now was gone for a month so another appointment to fix my vehicle was made. There were three more incidents of me dropping my vehicle off at this service shop only to have to pick it up unfixed. I lost work each of the five days. I was never given a rental or a loaner nor ever a ride back to my home. I had rearranged my schedule five times to accommodate this place. After the fifth failure I then took the vehicle to an actual Subaru dealership and they took care of the sensor in less then 24hrs. I had that bill forwarded to service king. Logically, one is to assume this business had claimed with GEICO that they had the ability to service the new reedesigned 2023 outback models, which would why the continuous failures and traveling to another garage happened. They were, at the time, not qualified to repair my vehicle and I have lost faith in the operations of the vehicle for two reasons: they failed to provide assurance with continuously wasted trips AND my all time best (see video with this review) is their cover paint job they did over what appears to be handwriting or handmade scribbles in the upper panel above the drivers passenger window. This was not present on my vehicle prior to the first drop off as the vehicle was two weeks old and had not sat at any shop prior. Unless someone did it in a parking lot of a store and carried out a paint job repair from a paint set up shop in the parking lot, this was done unprofessionally and just plain greasy. Remember, you are allowed to take your vehicle anywhere you wish to have it repaired.

Service King in Henrietta is amazing. I have never felt so good about an auto service - they fixed and CLEANED my car as a curiosity and were 9 days early on the estimate time my car would be ready - they were so friendly and helpful every step of the way. I would choose this company time and time again. I would also recommend them to everyone who needs anything serviced on their vehicles thank you all so much at this location.***WRONG LOACTION**MEANT FOR HENRIETTA

As recommended by Traveler's Insurance, I made an appointment to have an estimate on our vehicle. I arrived early, a young person indicated she would be right with me, a few minutes later she took my information, and tried to figure out the next step as they appeared confused. I was offered a seat in the waiting room, another customer entered, that person was helped, as I continued to wait. 20 minutes later photos were taken of the vehicle, my email address was confirmed and I was told an estimate would be sent. 3 weeks later I still don't have it. The insurance adjuster was not happy, and decided to escalate the situation with the their General Manager. Not a very good way to get business. I will not be having our vehicle repaired here.

So my question is, correct me if I'm wrong? His name is service King? Correct? The king of service. Service is to serve people? And he owns a shop that is supposed to help people out that either break down or you know crash their cars or whatnot? Well my friend's motorcycle stopped running last night and we pulled over in his driveway and there was plenty of us and we were on the sidewalk and a little bit on his driveway and he called the police on us. What type of person that is supposed to be in service does that? Hmmmmm. ??? sounds like all he cares about is money.

Worst experience of my life. They won't be held accountable for anything even though my van was sitting on my rims for however long made my tires deflate constantly now. They say that it wasn't on them . Will never use them or recommend them to anybody again.

This body shop was recommended to me by my insurance company- and I could not express my gratitude enough for the service this business provided. They were informative, patient, thorough and most of all quick. My car was fixed faster than the original anticipated date, and they kept me informed through the entire process. I heard more from the business than I did my own insurance company, and for that I’m very grateful. They fixed my car, and even cleaned the inside and out which was not expected. Both were very warm, friendly, hospitable and super helpful. These folks really do go the extra mile in customer service and satisfaction. The absolute WORST body shop I've ever been to in my life! DO NOT do business with this shop! Replaced my trucks Frame with a COMPLETELY RUSTED OUT, DIRT covered frame, sprayed undercoat DIRECTLY OVER all of that, 0 PREP, slapped it on my $47,500 truck, called it good. Pin holes in EVERY weld. WRONG front skirt under bumper. Panel gaps everywhere. MISSED several repairs! I had an after repair inspection done at Fetzner Collision (they are LEGIT), $31,442 to fix everything service king did WRONG, and MISSED. Service kings original estimate was $15,000, they did the work for $12,000...Now my truck is totalled out...Oh and told me it would take 1-1 1/2 months to fix, took 2 1/2! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!Services: Electrical

Such a bad experience I had with service king, i recently got into an accident and was sent to them through my Incurance company GEICO ,* Front bumper came out the same day I picked up* brakes and front suspension wasn’t taken care of* electric side doors stopped workingWhen I took it back to the shop this is the run around they gave me regard each issue* call GEICO to see if they would replace the front bumper again* we sent your car to fire stone to take care of this you should reach out to them and see what they can do for you, are you kidding me you charged my insurance company 9000$ and this what you do to your customer* electric door stopped working after they worked on my car, they asked my to take it to the dealer and see what they can do with it for youThis is my experience with them make sure you don’t have one similar to mine
