My wife and I just bought our first home. We haven't decided what color to do the walls so we went into the store with some inspiration pictures to try to match some colors. The sales representative was so unhelpful and degrading. He said "color is subjective" and wouldn't help us try to match any colors, or get closer to the inspiration pictures we have. So rather than deciding on a color we wanted to just get no tinted paint and decide on color later. We have never bought paint for a house before so we asked how much we should buy, so I gave him the square footage of the house. He refused to ballpark how much paint we needed. When he asked us what paint brand or style, we didn't know, hoping he would dialogue with us about the differences between them. He didn't at all. We made a purchase. We contacted a sales rep at a different store who was very helpful. Returned the paint we bought from this Chili location (which was not what we had actually wanted) and bought paint from another store.

Ryan walked up to me as I walking into the store and gave me immediate attention. I was there to buy several gallons in 5 colors. He informed me of the sale on Emerald Paint and was very helpful in sorting out what I needed and even color matched an actual chip of paint from an existing wall. After paying for my seven gallons, Ryan packaged them up in empty paint boxes, loaded them onto a push cart and helped us take our paint to our car. That's customer service!!. Sherwin-Williams will now have me as a continuing customer and they keep track of the paints I buy if I need more. I only wish more companies would follow in their footsteps.

This SW store has become my go-to for paint projects. The associates who work here are so incredibly friendly and helpful. My visit today was a bit of an impulse, but I was in and out with what I needed in no time at all.
Sherwin Williams paint itself is not the cheapest, but you get a quality product that LASTS.

Have to give credit where credit is due!!!!! Today I went to Sherwin Williams in Chili Paul Plaza. I was and am still totally impressed with the level of patience and willingness to help me by Miguel. The other day I bought 2 gallons of their amazing interior paint and thought I had the perfect color----until my sister and I opened the can of paint, stirred it and realized---wow---this is way too light in color. I knew I couldn't return it so i brought back to the store and had a conversation with Miguel---I let him know I knew he would not be responsble if things went drastically wrong--but if we could find a color that was of the basic paint family and enhance the product. He was amazing and was willing to take on the challenge. He worked his magic and was able to allow me to leave the store with a paint color that I not only loved in the store, but also a color I love on my walls of my family room! Thank you so much for taking the time to help me in my time of panic! You demonstrated customer service that use to happen on regular basis that is a rarity now! Thank you so much! I appreciate your adventurous spirit with my situation and will recommend you and your store to all who I know. THANKS! I will be back due to your great customer service, Miguel!!!!!

The associate named Makayla was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. I went in a few times to pick out the perfect paint and supplies and I was very happy with my purchase and experience thanks to her.

As a local resident, I love supporting local businesses! It was easy to walk into Sherwin-Williams and accurately find the paint color that I had found off Pinterest because they had an alphabetical list which helped me find the right paint swatch. They are also practicing Covid protocols and have plenty of paint chips for you to touch and after you touch when you throw it out. Michaela was very knowledgeable and was able to help us decide how much paint we needed for a new bathroom

First off, full disclaimer: I am not a paint-proCalled in earlier today, 7/29/20 because I recently removed a television set in a painted room in the house. We destroyed the Benjamin Moore paint years ago after it sat unused. I had the Benjamin Moore lid, and provided the information to the phone attendant, asking if I could save myself a trip to Hadlock for what amounts to a touch-up job. He said, sure, we can do that, after checking the system. I must have gotten his coworker when I walked in at around 4pm, because this younger individual with a colorful (lots of paint swirls and such) COVID mask was incredibly rude. I showed him the lid, indicating that I spoke to someone moments ago. He types something into a computer behind the desk - "yeah we can do that - what kind of finish do you want." I replied that I wanted the same finish as the lid that I was showing him - he replies, very rude and matter-of-factly, "Well I didn't buy this paint, how am I supposed to know what the finish is?" I wanted to say a few things - but instead I just walked out, and drove to Hadlock. Sure enough, after retelling this tale to Hadlock, he immediately recognized another very prominent code on the lid printout - and proceeded to identify and produce the correct "sheen."
