Ordered on line and picked up my order but unfortunately was left standing at the counter waiting to be greeted/helped. Had to seek out employees for services. Shoes where correct and staff friendly.

Lots of selection sized for most people. Only one person staffed though as the store was opening and they had a complicated way of ringing up my purchase using all Bluetooth hand helds instead of the register I was standing at.

Went into the sketches on west ridge rd and that was a mistake. Employees thought it was more important to talk to each other then help a customer me out. I asked for wide with sandles, the lady said no we don't Carrie it in that style then walked away from me when I then said could you help me find some wide with sandles.asked a gentleman to help he walked away. I went up to the register to get help, it took him 10 minutes to look up sandles. Poor business. Customers usually come first but not in this case. I will not recommend Sketches nor will I ever shop there again.

The people at Skechers are very knowledgeable of their product at very courteous. I'd recommend a store that anyone looking to buy Skechers shoes.
