The experienced and friendly staff provide excellent customer service with an eager willingness to help, making the store feel welcoming. They test gear and have a reward system, earning high recommendations from musicians and audio enthusiasts.

We trust Sound Source for all our equipment rental needs! They also supply us with last minute cables and lesson books. We've bought some of our favorite instruments here. A very comfortable and welcoming environment. Rochester is lucky to have Sound Source at our fingertips!

I love this music store a lot to choose from at great prices I traded in a guitar towards an awesome keyboard. They are very knowledgeable and helpful,and will to let you try out the instrument ls that you are interested in. Thank you guys and I will be back
