About 2-3 weeks ago, all night long, cable box kept shutting down and re-booting. Updates I assume. Since then, remote control reacts very slowly if at all. Tried using new batteries. No improvement. Then noticed same thing with caller ID. Use to pop up on first ring. Now maybe by fourth ring or after phone stops ringing.

I'm giving these guys 5 stars because everyone is giving them 1 star thinking there a different company. That sucks and people should look at what there doing before writing something negative about a company.

Customer service suck these people are horrible at there job i really miss the way time warner did things just to call in and pay a nill takes way to long and im trying to trans. Service because im moving and this person it trying to seel me some other mess i just wont my service to on at my new place before I move
