Fine for printing services. Don't come here for your passport photo, instead go to the FedEx down the road. The photo I received was poorly lit, bad quality, and more expensive than FedEx. They also stated they offered services such as passport renewal and digital photos online, but did not actually offer any of these options in the store. I regret wasting my money on a photo from here.

We came here for our TSA precheck interviews, and it was very easy. My husband and I scheduled back to back interviews, so we went together. There were people there ahead of us who must have been the appointment before us. It probably takes like 15 minutes. It's more getting your info than an interview. I'd definitely recommend doing it here. Plenty of parking, too.

Staples does amazon returns?!?! Wow maybe I'm the last to know this, super convenient and easy to do. You start the process online take in your item and email return code... they do the rest. You don't even need a envelope or box

I went into Staples after ordering a custom digital print off Etsy needing assistance with resizing and printing the images. I was met by the nicest most patient staff member ever! Robbie was more then helpful and knew exactly what to do to get us the perfect print. While she was helping us a man came in who was having a bad day, he was rude and demanding. Robbie handled him in the most caring and respectful manner and provided him with the highest customer service possible. Employees like Robbie will make me keep coming back here!

Went to use the print center to create 7 50-page documents. I noticed the signs all over the store saying they're short staffed and have patience. I should have taken that as a warning. While printing I was first approached by another customer asking me where to locate an item. I explained I don't work there and he went about his day. The machine ran out of toner midway through my job so I looked over at the gentleman in the print center who was busy with another customer. I waited a few minutes but he was still busy so I walked over to group of 4 associates that appeared to maybe be the leadership team as they were all in business professional street clothes rather than any branded staples gear, but they clearly worked there as they all had walkies in their ear, name tags, etc. I asked them if someone could help me change the toner over. They all looked over to the print center, saw the young man I saw earlier (still helping a customer) and turned back to me saying "josh will help you when he's done." 4 employees standing together in a group huddle, not appearing to be in the middle of any particular task, and I was told to go back to my machine to wait. I had no other choice as I needed my documents so I went back to my machine and waited. I waited seven minutes while those same 4 individuals continued to have their conversation feet away from me while I waited for somebody to help me. If you're having a meeting and you can't be interrupted then you shouldn't be holding the meeting on the floor while customers are in need of help. To me they don't appear understaffed, they appear to have staff that takes a "that's not my job" attitude. After 7 minutes someone else finally came and took toner out of the nearby machine and threw it in mine leaving the next machine useless. As I finished my copy job a second customer came over to me asking me for help again. I laughed to myself I'm the only person who looks like I know what I'm doing in there, that's why.

If you want to buy something or ship something or get printing done this place is great but if you want to get something fixed go elsewhere.
