Staples offers shipping services. Unfortunately. If you need any tape while you are there, they will tell you you have to buy your own tape. Ridiculous from a customer service perspective that they can't afford to give tape that cost less than half a cent. I will think twice about using this location for other services as well as the customer service is below what is expected.

Been to this Staples a few times in the past year (maybe a handful). It's very clean and organized, staff are helpful and friendly, checkout lines are usually short. Haven't had a problem with this location, which is why I go here for office supplies.

Not all Staples personnel seem to understand the importance of customer care. Am not excusing disrespectful, abusive, belligerent customers. The Staples in Greece, NY, is a model for being decent, helpful folk.

This stores website clearly indicates under services offered that they provide UPS packing and shipping. However when I went there I was told pretty rudely and unprofessionally by the two women behind the counter they only offer shipping not packing. It was a wasted trip. Please update your website with correct UPS information.

I went in to recycle a laser toner cartridge, picked up needed ink for another printer and have always had a great experience at this store! It's my GO TO PLACE for all of my office needs!

I shop at Staples on W. Ridge Rd. for business and for home. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I use Staples for my drop offs for UPS shipping, my computer is in good hands with Dave, he is excellent and very knowledgeable, and it is a one stop shopping for office supplies.

The staff at the printer service are very friendly and kind! I brought my own paper, and they were able to print very nice handouts that I needed for my event!
