I went to this place this morning and no one was inside when I was looking for the cashier she was outside smoking weed and left the gas station alone she a white young lady and she work this morning I ask he something and she was so mean I work close to this gas station is not the first time this happens

This gas station is just that, don't expect more. Easy in and out rarely super busy in the mornings. However I miss Becky, not sure what happened but our morning interactions and conversations was always good and helped me start my day off. Sometimes I would just find something to buy just so I could say Hello to her.

Put money in the air machine and it didn’t work. Went inside assuming they should be the ones to help me. As all gas stations I’ve worked at, is the attendees are the ones to help or pay out their money, give it back to the customer and just have them go somewhere else and put an OUT OF ORDER sign on the machine.All I got was pointed to a different person. Then the other lady who clearly looked like she didn’t want to help me. Pointed out the door and said there’s a number on the machine. There is no number on the machine. There’s nothing. It just says 1.50 and everything is washed away.Put a sign that says out of order. Or maybe hire people who are actually gonna be assistance and want to at least look like they want to help you. Never in my life. Even in the worst part of Rochester have I had people at a gas station just not care??

I went there this morning. I purchased gas and the pump said to see the cashier for my receipt. The person working there claimed she did not have it. I asked her to print me one and she said that she couldn’t. Please train this person so that she can print a receipt and also remind her that she is there to serve your customers and not just sit behind the counter being passive-aggressive.
