I am happy to say that safety level went up in pass couple months. I can see it. It is my local gas station, and if safety level will go even higher, it will be the best one in town.

They have new owners. The guy was literally playing with his privates when I walked in. And they are definitely not 24hrs anymore. It smelled horrible in there by the way.
