Just recently purchased a used vehicle from Bob and Mike at Superior Auto Care. Was such an easy process and they answered all my questions as we went along. Ended up with a small issue (not any fault of theirs) and they stood by and resolved the issue for us quickly and completely. Very happy with my experience at Superior and will keep them in mind when I add even more drivers to our household!

Mike is an amazing human being! He was very helpful from the start of the process all the way up to addressing my concerns promptly! Bob answered all my questions I had while Mike was submitting paperwork needed. And of course I can’t forget Bobbie(sorry if I spelled that wrong) she pushed and pushed to get all the paperwork to go through, her several attempts and frustrations with the bank later she finally calls and says everything is good to go, we shared some laughs cracking on the good ol’ Monday vibes. I can’t be more grateful for all three of these amazing people to do business with!! I will definitely be back when purchasing my next car!
Edited to add: even after my 30 day warranty was expired Mike STILL continued to work on issues I have brought to his attention!! However, there was no cruise control in my car as advertised, I bought the kit so anyone reading this post that will be able to help install it would be greatly appreciated! LOL

I facilitated a deal with my grandmother and Superior Auto recently and I must say that I was very impressed with this company. My grandmother found a vehicle that she fell in love with and wanted to buy it. She applied for financing thru Superior and was approved for the vehicle; however, the bank required more money down than she had anticipated. We needed a few days to get the money together. Superior was very helpful throughout the entire process. They held the vehicle for her while she gathered the funds and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Both Bob and Mike were very kind and made the entire process very simple and enjoyable. My grandmother could not be happier!
