Just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. I had a problem with one of the numbers I ported from Verizon. T-Mobile Customer Care connected me with tech support. After talking to 4 different techs the problem wasn't resolved. One tech had me delete ALL the texts from both phones. I lost pictures of grand kids among other things. Still no change. The last tech had me turn off the problem phone and then quickly told me it was fixed even though we didn't try to see if it was fixed. He just wanted to get rid of me as he hung up. I called back and talked to a different tech. The problem was resolved in less than 5 minutes. When a supervisor called me, I was given an apology. Big deal. I was on with tech support for well over an hour, lost all our texts, and all they said was sorry. What a horrible experience and what a horrible way to treat a new customer.

Had a great experience at the T-Mobile in Pittsford. I wanted to upgrade my phone and decided to do it in store after a couple negative experiences trading in with T-Mobile through the mail. These guys were great! They were very friendly and helpful. Vin handled my purchase, trade-in and set up easily. I didn't have to do anything. We were in and out in less than an hour and now I don't have to wait for my credit, or contact T-Mobile and ask if they received my phone. I highly recommend T-Mobile in Pittsford. Vin was awesome! I didn't get the other guys names but they were really great.

Great experience with Jasmene , Chad and Steve! Jasmene was knowledgeable and patient during set up of our services. When we had a discrepancy with our first bill Chad and Steve were proactive and professional in responding to our concerns. Thank you!

We went in to set up our new family plan and Chad, Jazmine, and ESPECIALLY Philip were so kind and helpful along the way! They stayed an hour beyond closing to ensure our phones were working and functional. I wish we could rate them 10 stars!!!

The T mobile store on Monroe ave. has an impressive team! I went there to pick up my devices after switching to T-mobile last week. Tejon, Phillip and the store manager Steve are very knowledgeable and patient with me. They stayed even after 8 pm to resolve all the errors the online representative created when opening my account.If you want an A+ service and a customer oriented professional team check out the T-mobile store on Monroe ave. in Rochester.

I am technically challenged with all things phone and computer related - to put it mildly!! Colton, Chad, Jasmine and Manager Steve at TMobile on Monroe Avenue gave me the best customer service experience I have ever had. I went back to the store at least four times. Each time they were kind, understanding and super helpful.They calmly, thoroughly and patiently guided me through the steps of how to use my phone. Their knowledge and ability to teach me and go at a pace I could understand was impressive. I cannot say enough good things except big thanks to a superior manager and staff.

Every interaction with T-Mobile puts me closer and closer to ATT and Verizon. They could not help me without a driver's license. I could delete my account on the website without a driver's license, but to even look at my account, a license is required. Ok.

Not a good experience. The salesman was so uninterested in a new customer and he demonstrated it quiet well. While I was talking to him, he was looking through the window on a parking lot with amusement. The whole demeanor was just awful and I turned around and walked away.
