We stopped in with 2 new iPhones sent from T-Mobile that we didn't wish to set up ourselves at home. Sam at the Greece NY W. Ridge Road store was VERY helpful. He set the phones up, waited patiently through updates, and answered tons of iPhone questions for us while we waited for all the data to transfer over from old iPhones to new iPhones.

My first expierence with t mobile was not a memorable one until I went to Zack , Sheldon , Malek , very suffient knowledgeable and patient solved my problem :)

Store is full of frauds, I went in for a phone upgrade and was sold on a new watch, looked at my T-Mobile account the day after to see 2 new lines on top of my single line of service. I went to a corporate store and ended up resolving the issue and got my plan fixed. Why add stuff on for a sale of those lines get canceled anyway? What commission did you make if you fraud a customer? Do not do business at this store and make sure to ask if it’s corporate owned.

BEWARE - They lie about credits and line charges and say it takes two months for credits to kick in, but when the credits don't kick in or you get unexpected line charges on your first bill, they say it's past the 14 days to return the equipment and there is nothing they can do. Stay with your current carrier..!UPDATE: Standard "sorry, we’ll do better next time" does not cut it. There will be no next time.

The one star reviews are the accurate and honest evaluations. Story of a week's worth of misrepresentation and belligerent immature and unknowledgable staff and services to ultimately find out they, Eric, oops said he couldn't help with why my service was canceled because they were, NOT A TMOBILE store. Oh really. When I asked who they were he gave me a name and pointed to a small plaque by the storage room door. I then took a picture of the plaque and Emily then proceeded to block the plaque with her hand and a box. Not sure what the whole fraud story is yet but just take your business elsewhere. This is the short version of a week's worth of aggravation.

Just be advised...THIS IS NOT A TMOBILE STORE. Went in a bit bent out of shape as TMOBILE canceled my whole service when I terminated my 2 week attempt at trying their internet..yup no phone all gone. When I told Eric he neeto call someone, as I couldn't, no phone, he said. I can't because were not a TMOBILE store. I asked well then who are you and he gave me the name of a company I'd never heard of and pointed to a smaller plaque by the storage room door. I then proceeded to take a picture of the plaque and Emily put her hand with a box in it over the name of the business. More to come after I find out the real story but stay away. Will be getting with the FTC.

Walked in to get a upgrade I was eligible for. Was told because I was originally a sprint customer that no one that could help that day and I would need to come in tomorrow. I asked them to help me find a location that would be able to help me because I wouldn't be available to come back in for their only staff member that is fully trained and they told me to call myself or come back. I think its very inappropriate to have a store open if your employees are not fully trained to use both systems that they need to use daily. It's also frustrating to go into the location at the mall and was told they should all be trained to help me that some employees just refuse to help old sprint customers. Like this was my fault they got bought out?

Never seen a store want to lose a long term customer so fast before. The guy employee in this store on Sunday lacks customer service. Go to their store to switch something out and the employee refused us as soon as we walked in.told us to leave the store and locked the door behind us. Almost Like we interrupted his break- mind you they open at noon on Sunday and it’s only 1:50pm. Then while we call customer care because they are the ones who told us to go into a store near by, he is standing outside our truck yelling, cussing and taunting us.
