These people will set you up for a quick sale I went for a up grade willing to pay around 400 for a new phone they run game and tell you this is free with credits ect... so I called the same day to make sure and sure enough they were lies the supervisor promised to fix it now I have called every since to try and fix and they are saying I'm basically stuck with $300+ a month when I offer to return devices the same day it madness stay away

Skye was fantastic! She helped me troubleshoot my phone, gave me a charger to help, and then I decided to trade in my phone because she told me about some great deals that just made more sense. She was so helpful, the transfer of data between phones went flawlessly, and I walked out very happy with my new phone. Oh, and some special bonus gifts from those Tuesday specials they have every week.

Turned in a Wireless internet modem as I canceled the service and. Received a 399 dollar bill claiming they never. Received. The device but I turned it in at this location at about. 4 pm nov10 to an employee who. Was named Ali. And despite a. Dozen phone calls. To this location and. THe the hr for tmobile. Nobody can. Figure out why the device is not the ware house but. For some reason its my responsibility snd they are holding my rent money hosttage despite. There being a tracking number on the modem. Which proves I turned the device in
