Omg They were angels in this store they saved me a whirlwind by having the phone that I needed immediately available in stock . They were very thorough and patient with me and made sure that I understood the upgrade and trade-in process and how my bill would change moving forward. Jonathan and Khamera were the best ! I recommended them to everyone

Jonathan (manager) was nice at first. He told me that, since my flip phone with a bad screen was under warranty, that I had to deal with T-Mobile over the phone and they would overnight one to the store. Unfortunately, it took two days to get there. When I went to pick it up, another guy was there and refused to do the exchange. He was not very specific as to why, but called Jonathan on the phone, who this time just said, "Oh, sorry, man... it should have been sent to your house. All we can do now is an upgrade." At this point I am 72 hours without my phone that is a few months old, losing time, money, etc., and all the other guy at the store wanted to do was argue with me. I called T-Mobile again, explained everything, and they connected my call to Samsung, who said to just take the phone to a repair shop and they would replace the screen free of charge. The repair took less than 24 hours. After all of the anguish this caused, I wish they had just been up front on day 1 and advised me to get the screen fixed. T-Mobile customer service was fantastic; it is just this store in particular that I take issue with. Never again. Bye.

After months of researching online we stopped in. The man working was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with us. Found us a great deal, helped us save $$ and honestly the conversation was fun and enjoyable. Props to this location all the way around!

I bought a prepaied SIM card in the store. a staff helped me to activate the card but then I was told something wrong with the activation system and had to wait 72 hrs before I can use it. I need to use the card the next day abroad. So I was offered an option to get refund. But the refund has to be completed by the manager and the manager was not in store at the moment. So I told the staff I would buy a post-paied SIM card at the store and after I came back from abroad, I would return to the store and ask the manager to refund my prepaied card. However, After I traveled back and found the manager, he refuse to refund me. He didn't even try to investigate the whole event from the staff who served me or call T-mobile to find what he can do.

Customer service is nonexistent. Woman on the phone was rude and demeaning. Spoke to management and informed them of this and all they had to say was OK. No wonder they have a terrible rating. Go elsewhere for service if not I wish you luck.

Jonathan was incredible. Customer service he is the manager he helped me today with some issues I’ve had for a year with my phone and seamlessly fixed them in a matter of minutes- few secondswhere no one has been able to do this before for meeither at the Apple Store or at two other T-Mobile long visits beforeI am ecstatic about the service I received today from himhe is top notch, and brilliant at what he does as far as I’m concerned.Thank you again Jonathan.

TMobile staff in college town was AMAZING. Came after a LONG day of work and had the best experience ever. 10/10 customer service. Alexis, Jonathan, and Khamera are holding it down.

Look at all these blatantly, OBVIOUSLY fake reviews. lol. They're clearly telling their friends to leave positive reviews in attempt to balance out all the negative ones that point out their gross incompetence and unprofessionalism. Something anyone who's spent more than 5 minutes as a customer in this store can attest to. Their favorite phrase is "I don't know, go check the website". Yeah awesome, thanks.

This T-Mobile in particular is amazing! All of the people working there were knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us, but especially Khamera! I would recommend their services to anyone.

Khamera took 2 hours with me and she had excellent customer service. It was a difficult process but she didn't give up and made sure all my information was transferred to my new device.
