The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, nice, honest, professional, and informative, with a wealth of knowledge. Service is exceptional. Prices are reasonable and competitive. A unique program allows customers to buy bird food in bulk and store it at the shop. It is a busy and lovely shop where customers enjoy supporting a local business.
