We recently worked with the Mary Wenderlich team to sell our home. We could not have asked for a better experience. Our agent, Nick Wenderlich, was always available to answer our questions and provided excellent guidance. We were especially nervous because we were preparing for an international move, so our timeline was a little tight. Nick and the whole Mary Wenderlich team made the process very smooth and as stress-free as possible. Our house sold in 6 days, and we closed on time! We’re so grateful for all their help.

I worked with Casey Labuzeta on buying a home and she was amazing! She was always prompt with answering my questions or getting me a tour of a house I requested. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way when checking houses with me, looking in every crawl space and attic for potential problems. She is very kind and has great advice. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me!

I had a wonderful experience with this team. I feel so lucky to have worked with Casey Labuzeta. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and unsure of who to trust, but after our first house showing with Casey I knew she had our best interest in mind. She was very knowledgeable and kept us informed and updated throughout the whole process. She connected us with Andrew Feinberg for our mortgage and Matt Harding for home insurance. Both of which were so personable, efficient and were great communicators. I felt so taken care of the whole time and cannot imagine a better home buying experience!

Nick Wenderlich/team were our real estate choice for the sale of our home. From the beginning of our first contact with Nick through the final close of the sale, the process was seamless. Nick walked us through the details of what would transpire and what we needed to do to prepare for the listing. He was honest, giving us clear advice on what would be involved for the timing of sale, the setting of the price based on multiple circumstances and key things to consider during the preparations for the listing. But at the same time allowing us to have any input we wanted pertaining to the our own thoughts on value and getting the home ready.
The entire team kept us informed, responded in a timely manner and were extremely professional. His photographer did an outstanding job as well as part of the team.
I would highly recommend the Nick and the Wenderlich team for anyone considering a sale of their home or property!

After working with a different realtor for 6 months and have zero luck - we switched agents and started working with Nick. He came to us on a Friday, to meet in person and explain the process. We had an offer accepted the following Thursday at 10k over asking and still 40k under our actual budget. Responsive, informative, helpful. Would definitely recommend.
